Possibility to customize look and feel to our company, reporting options, number of educational providers accessible through LMS, user friendly author tool to create own learning modules, collaboration and willingness to participate in the optimization of our services.
Most feedback is taken with great eagerness to improve the LMS by Studytube. For the future there is a wish to modernize the look and feel of own creations within the author tool.
Studytube helps us reach over 20.000 associates to become active learners, helps us to gain insights, due to its reporting options, in learning preferences, completion of training and gives us easy access to a number of external educational partners (with discount). The LMS makes it possible to work within a matrix organization from different locations while remaining steerable and controllable. Studytube helps us achieve our organizational goals.
Studytube really partners with us: thinks along, comes up with solutions, and adapts the platform to our wishes. Furthermore, a graphically beautiful LMS, works as expected.
Since it's software, there's always a balance between standardization vs customization (for us specifically), so not all our wishes are implemented
- Consolidation of everything L&D related into 1 system: Ability to book extern training via Marketplace, host/register events and offer our own content on 1 platform
- Leverage L&D ownership by empowering the managers to manage and promote development in their teams
- Decrease time spent on L&D administration
- Facilitate learning for our employees: by providing training content from our preferred trainers and Studytube's online training content
A great organisation to work with, an LMS that is developing strongly and a very nice platform with a user-friendly interface: really inviting employees to learn.

So many providers that it is sometimes hard to make your choice. Not all problems are solved (yet). Improve specific solutions in the tool for specific questions.

Studytube is very helpful to provide employees with the best plan for their learning. The curriculum is designed in such a way that they get maximum benefit out of the learning program for their time and efforts. The process is very easy yet efficient.
One thing I dislike about Studytube is their pool of courses. They are limited only to few regions , and for this reason, it was not very helpful for technical employees.

While creating a course from scratch, the Layout could be a little bit fancier.
Providing access for nonemployees could be improved. So let's say we have contractors.
We now have one central LMS for the whole worldwide organization. We can monitor the progress of the employees and send reminders for mandatory courses.
Our colleagues can login seamlessly.
