We consider using the platform to automate customer service operations – manage cases, requests for repair services, and consultation.

We’ve been using Creatio for more than a year and have so far implemented multiple customer-facing processes from lead management to customer onboarding. We also built custom workflows to manage the company products. Creatio enabled us with an electronic archive to store a vast amount of documentation, and through integration with Get ID we have all the materials verified. By being a single source of information, Creatio gave us data consistency and operations transparency. The low-code technology allowed for fast and easy system deployment and provided the ability to improve processes on the fly without external support.

The agility of the low-code platform. Out-of-the-box functionality is so strong for creating even sophisticated processes. And when it's not enough, the platform lets you customize pretty much everything. On top of that, it is EASY to create custom integrations with third-party apps. And the architecture is just great. It's very easy to create object references and use them in reporting and data filtering. Want to see which event generated how many visitors -> how many leads -> how many opportunities? No problem. Want to see which product generated how many orders -> how much of them we won? Easy. By which manager? In what GEO? You can COMFORTABLY do that. No jumping around and thinking "Oh, how do I build a connection between these objects". No support requests like "oh, please add this field, or that field". It just (freakin') works! In a highly consistent manner. Regardless of which entities you're looking at.
The platform lacks Landing Pages editor. Yet with services like Zapier or Albato you can connect any external LP service (e.g. Tilda).
Creatio platform is a centralized solution we use company-wide. With low-code tools that the platform provides, our business users develop custom solutions that solve our specific business challenges. We’ve already automated sales and marketing processes, and are going to leverage the service module Creatio provides. The software helped us achieve data transparency and increase employee productivity so I can definitely recommend it to organizations that need to automate multiple processes at speed and scale.
As a platform matured from CRM, Creatio studio brings all the eye-catching features, such as contacts management, accounts management, and dashboards. But the real value of the Creatio Studio comes from its business process engine, It helps to automate all the workflows with BPM 2.0 where we don't need to code most of the time. Also, it got very cutting-edge features as well. Now we can do low code integrations with web services and run machine learning models with inbuilt capability.
The drawback about this platform is when we choose to go with the Creatio cloud hosting option. the performance is not that impressive. Also, UI & UX improvements are needed. Sometimes I have to go through a lot of screens to do a simple operation.
Creatio is one of the unique solutions which helps to build customized scalable workflow management with its BPM 2.0 capabilities. It doesn't have any domain restrictions. It's absolutely capable of automating any workflow in a day to day operations. So, it's highly recommended.

That's where we got the benefit from Creatio to build custom solutions pretty quickly without any code. Also, we were able to further enhance the screens and workflow on the go.
