The management part of the platform is a little clunky. We are still learning hot to setup our own campaigns but the user experience needs to be improved.

I love the ease of building out the emails and how professional they look once complete. Other sites are template-based, while Structured Web lets you drag and drop in pieces of an email to build one that matches your vision.
The only downside to Structured Web is that you cannot see how many times a contact clicked or opened an email. Other sites can tell you that Steve, for example, clicked on the CTA 3 times, while Structured Web only reports that it was clicked.

And the platform works as well for mid-market partners as it does for those at the top. Little training is required to make a difference and make updates as needed.

We were looking to have a Channel Marketing platform that will be easy to use, together with a strong team of marketing automation professionals to help us meet our goals.
The outcome was incremental revenue, strong ROI increased partner loyalty and reduced annual costs.
The platform offered significant flexibility. We were able to customize the partner experience based on our brand including the domain URL while personalizing the hub for different partner types. We were able to offer marketing plus sales capabilities for our channel partners, including cobranding enablement, lead and opportunity management and extensive reporting. Plus, we built a way for vendors to easily upload, create and manage their marketing and sales content. Overall, this was a huge differentiator vs. other marketplaces.
At times, there were login issues for channel partners, but it vastly improved once we allowed any user within a company to access the hub.
Two big challenges – 1)building a process for new vendors to develop and manage content and assets for channel partners to learn and promote and 2) enabling channel partners with an easy Hub where they can easily find and access vendor assets and execute digital marketing campaigns.
At Ingram Micro Cloud, we built our Go-to-Market Hub on the StructuredWeb platform, allowing us to customize the experience for both vendor brands and channel partners. The Hub allowed brands to easily create and update their content while giving channel partners access to fresh product content as well as enablement and marketing tools to deploy digital campaigns in multiple languages. Plus, the support was great – for our channel partners and us.
Initially, some of the steps to activate a tactic or campaign were onerous, but they allowed us to modify and simplify the process to align with our requirements.
Structured Web solved several key challenges for us. One, vendor brands were able to create and manage their content easily. Two, channel partners had a single place to access great content and enablement/marketing automation tools. And three, we had visibility on every aspect of performance, from logins to downloads and campaign activations. Together, this increased adoption and engagement among channel partners.
Ease of use, single partner portal, channel partners have materials to educate themselves so they can present the product and close opportunities. A must-have for the B2B world.
The platform is so robust that there's a learning curve. So, you'll have to think through what is the ciritical information versus what are the nice to have features.
Before Structured Web, everything was more-or-less manual. There really wasn't a single place for channel partners to easily access vendor content. This solves for that problem by having one destination for sales and marketing efforts.

We are using StructuredWeb for our partner ecosystem go-to-market efforts. The ability for the platform to be flexible, agile, and scalable from a 1-many programs, communications and campaign perspective have been critical in selecting and implementing the platform. Having a marketing automation platform built from the ground up with channel DNA specifically for partners (ISVs, Alliances, Reseller/Referral etc) is a huge win when it comes to driving adoption and successfully supporting our partner efforts.
Don't have any dislikes as this is my second time implementing this between two companies.
