The set-up could have gone faster; at the same time I understand that having the right strategy delivers results. And we did get great results

We needed a way to reward our loyal customers at the moment they were using our product. StriveCloud provided our marketing team with a good tool to do in-app loyalty experiments, without asking devs for help setting up these experiments.

Costumer retention is the main issue faced by the any industry so if we provide the personalized service to them the might feel special and there is more chance of retention. This is what we did in our org. We curated online quizzes and competition and gifted the winners with the gift coupons. Also some came to know of out company purely because of these online quizzes.
Next to simply rewarding our users with points for engaging inside our community, StriveCloud App Gamification has a reach list of features that can be used to engage users inside our platform. For example, we’re using hotzones to increase active users on the platform at certain times or we implemented a lottery system to bring in an element of chance and fun.

The point rewards system works great, and the best part is that instead of simply having customers exchange points for discounts, they can use the points to get a ranking on leaderboards, participate in exclusive events, or simply collect badges and win status in the community. The support we got from the team throughout the implementation process was on point. Also, the tool has multiple gamification features we’re planning to use in the future.
