Best customer support EVER

Honestly don't know what all of these bad reviews are about. I think they are just people who don't pay attention when they purchase something. Must be the ones who return 7/10 items they buy. Strikingly is lighter, faster and easier to use than Wix. Their templates are varied and extremely beautiful and their support is by FAR the best I have ever experienced. They don't differentiate between free and paying users and will help everybody with ANYTHING, no matter how basic the request. They will literally help you build your entire website step-by-step if you ask them in chat

I haven't heard of this company before…

I haven't heard of this company before nor I tried their software yet. One web developer has recommended strikingly to me for building a website without knowing how to code. I will try this service.

What do you like best about Strikingly?

I just love the idea of not having to CODE HTML on a keyboard typing speed 80WPM by heart. Strikingly, as a graphic designer who does a lot of web work, is a godsend. See joshknoll.com

What do you dislike about Strikingly?

My chosen animated stock photo background GIF was discontinued and I had to change it out ... they didn't warn me that my site was defunct, so I have no idea how long it was.

What problems is Strikingly solving and how is that benefiting you?

I was able to pull over data from LinkedIn which was paramount in getting a professional web site pulled together that showcases my true career positionings. I had spent so much time inputting the data into LinkedIn over the years, it was nice to be able to use that pool of work and seamlessly transport it into a working website -- www.joshknoll.com :)

Do it all for very reasonable price

Most approachable on the market. I am actually in disbelief looking at some other ratings. I have found Strikingly to be the best in price-features-speed-ease to edit-how it looks combination. With 20 usd a month one has 3 sites with html embed, membership, subscriptions, store, gdpr compliant and so on. That literally does not exist on the market and I have been testing builders for years.

What do you like best about Strikingly?

The best thing about Strikingly is their support team. They are so on the ball & super quick to respond. If they are away or offline/closed they redirect you to super helpful articles.

What do you dislike about Strikingly?

They only allow you to have 3 fonts per website. I like to use different fonts periodically on different pages within my website so it is a tad limited.

Recommendations to others considering Strikingly:

Allow for more than 3 fonts to be used for each website.

Super easy to use!

Way easier than Wix or Squarespace. I can spin up sites super fast and deliver them to my clients. And when my clients ask for changes I can make tweaks on the website immediately. It's been really helpful for my business.

The support is very responsive and always provides solutions.

By using Strikingly, our nonprofit was able to build a beautiful, simple and functional website at an affordable price. Also, their customer service is great.

What do you dislike about Strikingly?

There are limitations in terms of types of sections you can add to your website, but that is to be expected when using a pre-designed template.

This is a great company to use. Their website templates are amazing, and they are so user friendly.

What problems is Strikingly solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have an easy to update website! We used to have to wait for our website guy to go in and update certain parts of the site. Now with Strikingly, I can update things on my own without waiting for anyone’s help.
