What do you like best about Streamline?

Easy access to customer support. Their investment in making sure you understand the troubleshooting process & their ongoing updates.

What do you dislike about Streamline?

Not the most consistent processes for saving or editing different items make it a bit of a search sometimes to work in different areas of the software. Mobile version needs extreme updates, not functionable.

What problems is Streamline solving and how is that benefiting you?

Helps our team manage 56+ properties remotely, organize work orders, finesse guest communication with editable documents, reporting & OTA management.

Everything we need to smoothly run reservations, housekeeping, maintenance and owner needs

Too many ways to get to the same thing. Reports can be confusing.

What do you like best about Streamline?

Everything is very easy to find For patients and troubleshoot if any problems occur -no more paper files and raving to fetch records from the medical records department.

What do you dislike about Streamline?

Sometimes if you make a mistake it’s hard to undo- you have to delete the entire note and start over.

What problems is Streamline solving and how is that benefiting you?

Patient records, being able to see information immediately from the Dr’s, nurses, see next appointment dates, and being able to schedule future appointments so no overlaps occur. This has been especially helpful with Covid as many employees are working from home .

We shopped around as this was our second system and we determined you really do get what you pay for

What do you dislike about Streamline?

Streamline is so robust and really does more than we need, and gives us room to grow.

What problems is Streamline solving and how is that benefiting you?

We save money on salary, can run the business from your phone if necessary and barely leaves a dent in our tech stack.

What do you like best about Streamline?

That is still provided breadcrumbs, everything was easy to fine, and it rarely crashed.

What do you dislike about Streamline?

It did not allow the users to comment on it; below the information. Also, it did not look 21st century. No pictures, emojis, icons, or anything.

Recommendations to others considering Streamline:

To be mindful that it does not have pictures nor is it beautiful but it gets the job done.

What problems is Streamline solving and how is that benefiting you?

Allowing frontline to easily find policies and procedures and when the information is given to customers, to copy the breadcrumbs into their account.

What do you like best about Streamline?

Ease of use, no problems when scheduling and keeping track of things. I like the calendar feature, it is easy to view and helps keep track of everything.

What do you dislike about Streamline?

I can't really identify anything specific that I don't like. Sometimes it can be slow but that could also be from the server and not the actual software.

What do you like best about Streamline?

I like that it integrates directly with our website. The user interface is not the greatest, but it gets the job done. The training is also very intense and it is easy to forget because by the time you start using it, your training was weeks ago. But they have helpful articles and good customer support.

What do you dislike about Streamline?

Several of the representatives we have dealt with have been difficult or condescending. Some have been great, but others have made us think about switching programs all together. The user interface could also be updated to look more modern and be easier to use.

If you are starting out in the vacation rental business, this is a great way to get your site integrated with your bookings.

What problems is Streamline solving and how is that benefiting you?

This helps us coordinate all of our vacation rentals through our website, Airbnb, and more.

What do you like best about Streamline?

The integration with AirBnb and VRBO, etc. is awesome! It has increased our sales exponentially.

What do you dislike about Streamline?

The usability is rough. It's hard to find what you are looking for and there are too many words on each page. The housekeeping section is worthless if you're a big company and the apps don't work correctly.

Recommendations to others considering Streamline:

Be aware that Streamline is still developing many features so they don't currently work properly yet. Setup is long and tedious if you have a lot of properties.

What problems is Streamline solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is our vacation rental software. The main benefits are the ease of integration with outside sites like VRBO/AirBnb. It also has the ability to manage non-renting units which is another source of revenue for us.
