Customer Service is amazing! Every time we have an issue with our streaming (which is honestly been about 2 times in the 4+ years we've used them), the team is quick to find solutions. They have helped us figure out what works best for our situation and haven't upsold or done anything to make an extra buck.
Things can look a bit dated. Depending on what platform you're using to live stream, sometimes the chat doesn't work out the best. However, recently they've made many updates that give it a more modern feel. I'm glad to know that they are aware of this and making moves to improve the overall look and feel of their products.
One great thing is that it comes with a free app. The app doesn't do a ton, but it gets us exactly what we need in the present... and did I mention it's free with the service? StreamingChurch.tv has been great help and has really helped us to stay up to date in being online to connect with others.
