Gmail's best Integration, still
What do you like best about Streak?
Streak + Gmail is really powerful. First I love that I can easily connect it with my Gmail. Nothing fancy, just setup and you're good to go.
What do you dislike about Streak?
Recommendations to others considering Streak?
My favorite is the 'Email tracking' where it informs me real time, what email was viewed or opened, how much time the client stayed on the email and if or when links are clicked. These are important information real time.
What problems is Streak solving and how is that benefiting you?
A lot of it's features are still not a ready to go template, but I need to set it up almost manually. For example, the Pipelines are ready as a template but to optimize it's use, there are still few steps to take, to upload or add etc. And not just 1 click or 'next' button.

What do you like best about Streak?
Ease of use. Easy to set up. Customer support is always available to guide you and we use daily at my company for all projects.
What do you dislike about Streak?
The reporting system should be updated, it's very basic reporting and does not have enough options or read outs for the data.
What problems is Streak solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streak puts all of our projects into one easily manageable space and you can see what everyone has been working on. Full transparency which is really great when working remotely.

Streak helped us track leads real-time from different sources. We are also using streak and birdeye in collecting reviews.

Birdeye has been a huge help with our Leads
What do you like best about Streak?
Integration with Birdeye has been very helpful since we integrated it with Streak. There is no direct integration but we found a way by using Zapier. We're getting the reviews automatically. Streak's support and API documentation has been a life-saver.

We're trying to integrate it with Ring Central but we're having issues.

Integration of Birdeye to Streak
What do you like best about Streak?
Integrating Birdeye and Streak is not a direct integration, we used Zapier, but the integration process was smooth. We were able to achieve the result that we wanted.
What do you dislike about Streak?
The integration is a bit tricky and needed third-party software. But there are native integrations too.
What problems is Streak solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking our pipeline. We are also sending email campaigns using Streak. We can check if the customer has opened the email sent.

What do you like best about Streak?
I like the after market support of Streak. We have successfully integrated Streak with Birdeye. Our campaigns are 100% automated.
What do you dislike about Streak?
There are apps we can't integrate directly. But that's fine, if you know API's you can still integrate it to your website for example.

Leads and marketing were the two main points why streak is helpful to the organization.

Streak review: Perspective from a fundraise CRM
What do you like best about Streak?
The biggest differentiator is the direct email integration - it allows me to ensure I dont drop any thread and that any thread in continuation on my team I don't lose out on any emails the people might've forgotten to mark me on. The email enrichment feature is also amazing when fishing for emails and adding contacts as it allows me to maintain a contact repository geographically
What do you dislike about Streak?
sometimes it gets buggy but im not sure if that's streak or chrome (threads added to pipeline don't get added or contacts added show as "no name")

Streak is helping me manage our fund's fundraise pipeline and ensuring that we don't drop any threads with any potential investors/partners while also ensuring that al follow ups are reminded of in a timely manner

Easy, Effective, Unobtrusive, Regular Improvements and growing internal automations.
What do you like best about Streak?
It lives where we live, in Gmail. The project stages are an easy and effective project or status tracking device. Install and setup was a breeze and Streak has made our small retail team way more efficient. We use it to track local delivery orders. We've integrated it with Shopify and Google Calendar using Zapier.
What do you dislike about Streak?
Not much to dislike. To nit-pick, we have five to seven people who have access to one email account. Works great for us as long as we all initial our work. We'd consider dividing up duties for easier accountability and performance tracking, but that would require individual accounts and that would multiply our cost times the number of users.
Recommendations to others considering Streak?
What problems is Streak solving and how is that benefiting you?
We also wish the contact management had ways to directly manipulate contacts like a contact manager typically does so we could more easily repurpose that data for use elsewhere and to check for accuracy against other systems that we can't integrate. But again for the low cost, we don't mind.
