What do you like best about Stratifyd?

The Team members being so friendly and helpful. They have helped us instantly with every issue we ran into and have done the most and above and beyond service, commitment, and customer service. Love their team.

What do you dislike about Stratifyd?

I haven’t had any issues implementing Stratifyd into my company, although we have had internal issues - they haven’t been due to Stratifyd, therefore no dislikes..

Recommendations to others considering Stratifyd:

Absolutely worth getting on a phone call with them ASAP.

What problems is Stratifyd solving and how is that benefiting you?

AI dashboard view for clients- provides a wonderful experience for them. They have helped us build this out in an outstanding way and it looks great.

What do you like best about Stratifyd?

Excellent customer support, cutting edge, versatile, continuously improving tool. I like that the frontload on this pays off long term - dashboards can be set up and monitored, but also easily modified if needs change. Also, I appreciate that data can be exported into a csv format for other analysis.

What do you dislike about Stratifyd?

I would like to be able to do some statistical analysis right in the tool, but it's not yet available.

Recommendations to others considering Stratifyd:

Excellent product, worth the time to set it up, because then it does a lot of important work for you with minimal need for support.

What problems is Stratifyd solving and how is that benefiting you?

Mostly monitoring customer sentiment and comments across our major retailers.

What do you like best about Stratifyd?

With stratifyd I see what my clients and employees are saying across every interaction channel. This can be voice or chat or surveys or crm or public forums. I get one true voice that allows me to make decisions armed with information that would be impossible to unlock and combine otherwise.

What do you dislike about Stratifyd?

I wish I could combine the sentiment analysis into workflows directly in the stratifyd tool. I also wish I could do other types of machine learning on the more qualitative side of structured data.

What problems is Stratifyd solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are analyzing what customers are saying across all of our digital channels and then combine that analysis with our more structured financial data to understand how customer experience drives financial results.

What do you like best about Stratifyd?

The intuitive UI, various models, and customizable taxonomy. Having the ability to update the taxonomy through the UI without the need for DS resources.

What do you dislike about Stratifyd?

Haven't found anything I dislike yet. Love how intuitive the tool is so far

What do you like best about Stratifyd?

I need to give a big shoutout to Laura, Steven, Tolga, and the entire Stratifyd team that has helped us put together our CX dashboards. There's so much to work with! It's data-rich, automated, and customizable, so I can quickly distill our member's experiences and tell their stories. As an analyst, I can see how these insights will benefit us in the long run.

What do you dislike about Stratifyd?

I don't have any dislikes at this point - it's been a very positive experience for me.

What problems is Stratifyd solving and how is that benefiting you?

The member experience is at the heart of everything I do. Stratifyd allows me to analyze mountains of qualitative data efficiently, so I can focus more energy on telling our member's stories and supporting solutions.

What do you like best about Stratifyd?

Ease of creating taxonomies to get to insights that can identify either root causes and real pain points.

What do you dislike about Stratifyd?

There are no standardized templates to get going on. Learning curve is a bit higher for employees to feel entirely comfortable if they are not technical or to optimize the usability and benefits of the tool thoroughly.

Recommendations to others considering Stratifyd:

Invest in training staff to get the full benefit of the platform

What problems is Stratifyd solving and how is that benefiting you?

Understanding our customer feedback at a deeper level i.e. more detailed topics and themes that we would not have had access to prior to Stratifyd. Benefits have been better buy-in and trust from partners and executives in our analysis.

Quick summarization of hundreds of VoCs.

What do you dislike about Stratifyd?

It takes a while to create the taxonomy.

What problems is Stratifyd solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have hundreds of VoC entries that need to be reviewed, classified, summarized and analyzed. That takes weeks of manual effort, but these capabilities allow us to do it in minutes.

What do you like best about Stratifyd?

The customer service team is absolutely amazing. Their team consistently goes above and beyond to ensure every issue/question is answered quickly - huge kudos to Laura Hunt & Jake Canup, they are rockstars!! I also like how easy it is to filter data within the dashboard which allows you to quickly find trends within your data set.

What do you dislike about Stratifyd?

The time it takes to properly set up taxonomies to ensure accuracy of results.

What problems is Stratifyd solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use the tool to analyze online consumer reviews and verbatim data from consumer research. This tool has allowed our team to quickly comb through thousands of consumer comments to find insights we can use to improve our products.
