High performance real time streaming server

What do you like best about Storm Streaming Server?

Storm processes data as it arrives in real time, making it suitable for the applications that require immediate results. If the nodes fail storm automatically reassigns tasks to other nodes.

What do you dislike about Storm Streaming Server?

Storm does not natively support stateful stream processing seamlessly like other system like Flink. Handling state across streams such as in windowed aggregations can be more problematic.

What problems is Storm Streaming Server solving and how is that benefiting you?

Storm offers back pressure to handle scenenerios where data streaming are coming too fast, preventing overwhelming the system and ensure stable performance.
