I thing I have come across many good features in storeHippo but I would mention some of them which are,

-Its security which provides safety from fraud and malicious attacks by providing appropriate tools.

-provides pre packaged integration to add on tools.

-B2B features that provides invoicing, contract management etc.

It contains everything which is necessary to build business but just one thing which would improve is that more video tutorials should be there if one is starting business from zero.

Currently I am working to on starting small business using StoreHippo. Its easy for shipping, set up is very simple, it meets my requirements.

StoreHippo gave me beyond what I was expecting from a ready to use ecommerce solution. It’s mobile-ready in every sense of speaking, even the admin panel. I am amazed at the set of inbuilt features and the platform fits in perfectly with my future plans of growth. On top of all, it's super easy to use and intuitive which offers ample scope to explore, experiment and build new solutions without buying paid extensions or plugins

Nothing so far, though I would love it if they offer some marketing tips.

StoreHippo is so easy to customize. It actually felt as good as custom designing to me and the whole process was so so smooth. It makes setting up my store for diverse products so easy and I could customize my landing pages easily for different customer groups. There are so many features that you can actually explore a lot. Selling online is easy with StoreHippo.

I would love some more video tutorials on there site.

I absolutely loved the way StoreHippo has all the features within the subscription. Right from setting up store to marketing and shipping, you need not look anywhere to find a solution. Couldn’t have found something that made life easier and helped me focus on growing my business. I tried selling through Insta and Facebook and it drove me mad. StoreHippo takes care of everything and it's so so easy to use and manage.

Nothing as of now. I would love more videos though for learning their features and its uses.

Selling online and shipping easily.

StoreHippo has Multi-lingual and Multi-currency features that I needed to start selling internationally. It also has a lot of flexibility since the platform is very comprehensive and has a lot of features. Payment gateway support was robust enough as well.

The helpcenter could do with more videos. The helpcenter has text + images which is sometimes a bit difficult to follow

Software has learning curve but has a lot of features which you can use to supplement your business

We have a handicraft business and I needed some customizations to display products the way we wanted. Also, I was looking for easy marketing tools/features and I got them within the platform. Also since handicraft items are delicate we needed our dedicated delivery system integration. StoreHippo was able to provide solutions inbuilt or integrate with ease,

Storehippo brought all my customers, products, orders and payments at one place for easy management. Earlier we used to sell through offline and it ended up being chaotic at best. With the COVID situation, online has seen large growth and Storehippo was able to handle traffic and generate sales automatically. It has shipping in the panel through which I was able to deliver items as well.

Nothing as of now. But I would appreciate it if they made more videos which I can follow to manage the platform on a daily basis

It is a great solution if you are looking at a lot of features for your e-commerce store. The ease of use can be a tad bit better.

This is the best e-commerce software for beginners

Gives me everything in one place, so no need to liaise with other providers for shipping, payments, marketing etc.

I love that StoreHippo has helped me grow my business from a small business which got a few order/week to a regular source of income where we get few orders daily. Also, the marketplace integration has helped us sell really well on Amazon and Flipkart. We can easily sync and process all our orders and manage them through a single dashboard.

We needed some custom reports which were not part of the package but StoreHippo team helped to get our custom reports built within the dashboard.
