The portal is easy to check if my orders are open or received.

The application is very friendly and easy to use. It is a complete warehousing program that may help you a lot with your inventory checking, compared to other old versions that other warehouses use.
For now, I can't find any obstacle to the easy use of the system, so for this reason, I don't have any complaints at all. Maybe the only improvement I can find is to easy link it to the system Sabor Mexicano is using ''Quickbooks''.
It is easy to use, for that reason I can check out availability to fulfill the pending POs we have with our customers, and it is quickly updated by the warehouse.
It is very user-friendly. It's not complicated to navigate/ use. I can get reports easily!
The WMS is great however customer service response is somehow untimely.

Stord is an easy to grasp platform. It has an intuative UX that makes it easy to train employees and impliment into your operation. Combined with their customers service. It was an easy and seemless transition. Which is great for a growing business looking to expand with minimal to no downtime.
I have not found any major downsides wth stord. Stord is always making improvements to their base system. When first starting with Stord, there were some minor things that could be adjusted to improve the workflow. Stord worked with our company to listen to those needs and impliment changes quickly.
Previous to Stord, we were using a shipping manager that was built for a smaller business. As well as heavily reliant on manual processes. Stord has helped us move into digital platforms. Moving picking from a printed picklist to a handheld scanner, creating kits in the system to ensure that all products are consistent, and being able to track POs in the system have been helpful to our inventory management.
The software is extremely easy to use and looks great. All of our team has successfully transitioned into Stord and we haven't had a huge learning curve.
While the software is great some of the processes are extensive compared to our operation. But that's just part of combining software and ops. Not a huge hurdle.

What I like most is Data-driven insights: Stord provides analytics and data-driven insights to help businesses make informed decisions and optimize their supply chain processes.
Customer Support: I might have had mixed experiences with customer support, encountering delays or difficulties in resolving issues.
Integration and Connectivity: Integrating various components of the supply chain, such as e-commerce platforms, inventory management systems, and shipping carriers, can be complicated. Stord's platform aims to simplify integration and enhance connectivity for seamless order processing.

Fair rate, very attentive to requests
The Stord team is made up of agile and eager account reps and engineers who can get the job done. Stord's ability to be flexible with specific client needs makes them a good choice for any size business - including both DTC and B2B.
I would like to see improvements with Stord's integration with Shopify. There are limitations with events and tracking #s being passed back and forth with a few unique scenarios - but I'm hopeful Stord will continue to improve its support for Shopify clients.
Stord helped us increase our shipping efficiency by reducing order pick, pack, and ship time significantly.
Stord has proved to be a great implementation. It has been. One of the easiest systems to train as it is user friendly.
Still acclimating to the software, but would like the ability to implement more software.

I like that the tracking abilities are so easy within the platform. It doesn't require many steps to get the information I need
