StorageCraft Cloud Backup is fantastic because it keeps your data super safe in the cloud. It's really easy to use, even if you're not a tech whiz. So, you can relax knowing your important stuff is well-protected and easily accessible whenever you need it.

I love that storage craft allows me to automated backups. You setup your first backup and point it to a another server ( disaster recovery backup server) setup notifications and thats pretty much it. you will need to also use image manager ( which is free) on that backup server, it dose alot of nice things like check to make sure the backup files integrity issues automatically, will combine image files, and even let you replicate them to another server, you can even have it send to s3 which is awesome.

Its also worth noting they provide free training on all there software in the storage craft academy.

Cost is a bit high, but should you really cheap out when it comes to protecting your companies data? I think not.

You cannot go wrong, I really recommend doing the storage craft academy for anyone dealing with the backups they do a good job of teaching how the software works and how to do recovery in the events of disaster.

Also worth noting the academy is free with your license and you can even take a certificate for free.

Being able to automated our backups cuts down on man hours. It frees me up to work on other things. IF you are on a small team not having to worry about your backups running is amazing.

This is a great product. It works just as expected. When a server crashed and we had to implement our backup solution. This provided us with very little downtime.

I dislike that it is purely cloud-based. I wish we could have an on-premises solution to implement backups.

The service does a fine job of backing up Office 365 and G Suite mailboxes. It's easy to rollout if you ignore the configuration required to backup Sharepoint. If you're just backing up mailboxes, this is a great solution.

The interface is a bit clunky. I have a hard time browsing available backups for restore. I'm not still clear on if it is backing up my Sharepoint data or not.

We use it to backup client Office 365 and G Suite mailboxes. If the clients use Sharepoint we use a different solution.

Fairly easy to setup using image manager and we have had to virtual boot a server in the cloud and it worked well. Fast uploads as well and the option to use seed drives to send large amounts of data. Setup of the seed is very easy.

Dealing with a corrupted incremental in the chain can be a pain and can result is having to reseed the entire backup and start fresh. Had to do this several times and support was not able to fix the chain so we had to reseed which took time and opens the door for issues if a failure occured and the backups were needed. The cloud portion is not the fault in this though and works as long as the backups are good.

If you are looking for image level backups that can be booted in the cloud look no further

Image level backups of business critical servers. Peace of mind that is we run into a server outage we can get them back up and running quickly.

User friendly front end which makes hassle free working.
