Onboarding was a little difficult for me because I had a hard time understanding the person who was helping with my integration.

And company takes much time to give response as well. The billing process is also overwhelming thus needs more improvement to stand out. The updated versions are not up-to mark and have the same problems as with previous ones.

There was always someone available to speak with and my email were always responded to - most of the time sooner than expected

Everyone was very helpful the only thing that was a drag was having to provide W2s for past jobs but it was understandable why they were requesting them

Direct deposit was set up for me prior to beginning so I got paid on time and have never had an issue

One application where can complete the full Background Check of a consultant. Initiation process is easy to understand and even we can track the status of each applicant, track the status of the drug screen. Even we get the notifications through the email and on the Dashboard. coming to Dashboard its very clear with all the options in it.

Sometime the process of checking the history of the alerts is delayed in updates. Time taking process completing some checks.

Highly recommend this software to other as this is simple and easy to use and understand.
