What do you like best about StatusCast?

Very good to Handel and close the issues herself and height and elebroate it get it rewarded and get it's cured with the help of the very useful and easy to use

Hi this is very help ful and nothing is there to dislike and the to take this is very easy too and get it close they will help to get the useless and get closed

What do you like best about StatusCast?

Tool is very easy to setup and use. Opt in capability, with multiple notification paths is great.

What do you dislike about StatusCast?

Would like to see more integrations to allow us to automate more of our messages.

If you are looking for an easy to use/administer notification tool with a solid feature set and options, StatusCast is a great option.

What problems is StatusCast solving and how is that benefiting you?

No problems. With StatusCast we were able to eliminate email distribution lists that had grown out of control and allow our users to get the information that they want.

What do you like best about StatusCast?

Statuscast provides all of the tools I need to accurately compose and cascade company status posts to our customers.

What do you dislike about StatusCast?

I haven't found anything that I dislike.

What problems is StatusCast solving and how is that benefiting you?

I particularly appreciate the option to choose the impacted product or service instead of having to type it in myself.

Multiple methods of Notifications and a simple way to enable each type.

What do you dislike about StatusCast?

I have not found anything to dislike about StatusCast thus far!

Consistent uptime, easy application for incident management and Maintenance announcement.

What problems is StatusCast solving and how is that benefiting you?

Have not had any problems yet! Clients are updated by any method they subscribe to and we have not seen any down time or delay in status casting yet!

"I've really enjoy using the product as it's easy and intuitive for administrators and consumers."
What do you like best about StatusCast?

I like how simple the app can be for users and admins. There are many options to use, but they aren't necessary to get up and running.

What do you dislike about StatusCast?

We use multiple components that are separate products (on one site). We don't like that the up time percentage calculation includes all components. It would be a great option to split it out.

What problems is StatusCast solving and how is that benefiting you?

My company had an outdated and cumbersome notification system with a half-baked incident management site. StatusCast has made incident and maintenance management infinitely more efficient for us.

"A Great Way to Keep Users Informed"
What do you like best about StatusCast?

We have several different services across multiple platforms. Keeping tabs on each status and being able to accurately and rapidly post information on them for our users to access in realtime is incredibly valuable to our support staff.

What do you dislike about StatusCast?

The admin interface could use a few enhancements but otherwise I don't have any real issues using or navigating anything. My complain is purely aesthetic.

What problems is StatusCast solving and how is that benefiting you?

Notifying and keeping users informed of outages and network issues helps cut down the amount of time our customer service staff spend on the phone explaining issues to customers. Being able to mitigate these calls helps everyone out tremendously!

Interface is a bit in your face. Could do with toning done.

What problems is StatusCast solving and how is that benefiting you?

Customers were complaining of a lack of info during outages. Not anymore.

It allows everyone to know when the webistie is going to be worked on and make them aware fo the downtime. this is very effective for communication purposes.

It can help for Communicating Downtime and Scheduled Maintenance to Your Employees and Customers. Very much reduce your cost thaan other softwares.

I dont have any bad experience to dislike this software. Very useful to our company.

You can safe your time and money vey much. Try this one.

What problems is StatusCast solving and how is that benefiting you?

Keep productivity at a maximum! When apps go down, employees and customers waste a lot of time trying to figure out whats wrong. A status page proactively lets them know what’s going on and keep them in loop.

What do you like best about StatusCast?

The product does what it needs to do. Besides that, their support people are great. They are there for you when you need them. They take care of your issues.

What do you dislike about StatusCast?

Really nothing. As I said, the product does what it needs to do.

What problems is StatusCast solving and how is that benefiting you?

Communicating to our customers when there are issues with our products. Before we had to create a Marketo campaign with every update, which besides not providing a central place for the customers to keep an eye to the updates, it makes harder for us to keep track of the messages and who receives them.
