Tool is very easy to setup and use. Opt in capability, with multiple notification paths is great.
Would like to see more integrations to allow us to automate more of our messages.

No problems. With StatusCast we were able to eliminate email distribution lists that had grown out of control and allow our users to get the information that they want.
Statuscast provides all of the tools I need to accurately compose and cascade company status posts to our customers.

I like how simple the app can be for users and admins. There are many options to use, but they aren't necessary to get up and running.
We use multiple components that are separate products (on one site). We don't like that the up time percentage calculation includes all components. It would be a great option to split it out.
My company had an outdated and cumbersome notification system with a half-baked incident management site. StatusCast has made incident and maintenance management infinitely more efficient for us.
We have several different services across multiple platforms. Keeping tabs on each status and being able to accurately and rapidly post information on them for our users to access in realtime is incredibly valuable to our support staff.
The admin interface could use a few enhancements but otherwise I don't have any real issues using or navigating anything. My complain is purely aesthetic.
Notifying and keeping users informed of outages and network issues helps cut down the amount of time our customer service staff spend on the phone explaining issues to customers. Being able to mitigate these calls helps everyone out tremendously!

Keep productivity at a maximum! When apps go down, employees and customers waste a lot of time trying to figure out whats wrong. A status page proactively lets them know what’s going on and keep them in loop.
The product does what it needs to do. Besides that, their support people are great. They are there for you when you need them. They take care of your issues.

Communicating to our customers when there are issues with our products. Before we had to create a Marketo campaign with every update, which besides not providing a central place for the customers to keep an eye to the updates, it makes harder for us to keep track of the messages and who receives them.
