We recently found Statusbrew, and it won’t take much time for us to adapt to the platform. It's easy to use. Additionally, their team did a great job on the onboarding part to clear our doubts.
I would say the tool has all the fundamental functionalities, We get a lot of engagement on a daily basis as reviews and comments for our product. Their Inbox has inbuilt filters that save a lot of time in sorting. Further, the system can automatically identify the sentiment of the conversation now that’s something we really appreciate. It helps to identify our customer behavior.

Every other SMM tool has an inbox, but their social inbox is built CRM type, which is fast and easy to navigate. We can easily interact with the audience and collaborate internally with our team.

I've been using it for a few months, we had a team of about 7 people working on Facebook comments, Instagram comments and messages from various platforms and I can tell you that nothing that I've tried in the past is as good as this, in addition, their support is Simply Amazing and they answer quickly and not only that they also Implement any features that you asked them to do as soon as a few days afterward. The team will even get on a call with you and your team to go over the product and the features and ideas that you want to go over and they have certain features that are just simply amazing. The team inbox is probably my newest favorite feature that they have. Also the other features that they have like Auto-moderation and groups for permission on pages that just really makes life easier and makes my work faster.
As of now you can't tag the user in FB, but they are working on it as we speak.
