I’ve found value in the way this tool handles approvals for scheduling posts. I frequently collaborate with my team and clients. The scheduling process is now more of a collaborative effort rather than a bottleneck, making it easier to get the right messages out there.

Additionally, I like the reporting feature. It's straightforward and provides clear insights that help me understand my post's performance. The data on optimal posting times was beneficial for me. I get a clear idea of when to post and how my audience is interacting with it.

The absence of a shareable calendar feature is a bit of a letdown. This would have been a great addition to visualizing our posting schedule collectively and making real-time adjustments with the team.

I would say 3 things first is how I can easily collaborate with my team and clients without any issues. 2nd The optimal time suggestion is data-driven, so most of the time, I managed to hit the desired engagement goal. 3rd would be reports are shareable temples with online live links.

We recently found Statusbrew, and it won’t take much time for us to adapt to the platform. It's easy to use. Additionally, their team did a great job on the onboarding part to clear our doubts.

I would say the tool has all the fundamental functionalities, We get a lot of engagement on a daily basis as reviews and comments for our product. Their Inbox has inbuilt filters that save a lot of time in sorting. Further, the system can automatically identify the sentiment of the conversation now that’s something we really appreciate. It helps to identify our customer behavior.

The best part is the automation - We are a lean team, so giving attention to each conversation is not an easy task, With Statusbrew, we are able to deliver auto-responses to your audience.

Their social reporting templates were impressive, and we are sharing these with our team through live links. I would say social marketing with Statusbrew is bliss.

They haven’t added AI for content creation, which I think is missing right now. But they assured us to integrate this in the near future.

Every other SMM tool has an inbox, but their social inbox is built CRM type, which is fast and easy to navigate. We can easily interact with the audience and collaborate internally with our team.

We're two people creating content for 10 clients. Having a different workspace for each client has solved a lot of our problems. There's no confusion now. We're able to create & distribute content at a much faster rate.

It's a complete solution. I've done a lot of social media marketing, and this tool covers all the big bases: schedule and analyze. Also, good for LinkedIn targeting.

It's might a bit challenging for very junior or entry-level social media marketers. Pros will love it.

I wish there were an option to publish Instagram Stories directly. It was also not available in the previous tool I was using, so that might be an Instagram restriction.

Ability to schedule posts across our Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn pages. Also, we've started scheduling YouTube videos recently, so it's all Statusbrew now for us for content planning and publishing.

Hey there so this product is simply amazing. I've been using it for a few months, we had a team of about 7 people working on Facebook comments, Instagram comments and messages from various platforms and I can tell you that nothing that I've tried in the past is as good as this, in addition, their support is Simply Amazing and they answer quickly and not only that they also Implement any features that you asked them to do as soon as a few days afterward. The team will even get on a call with you and your team to go over the product and the features and ideas that you want to go over and they have certain features that are just simply amazing. The team inbox is probably my newest favorite feature that they have. Also the other features that they have like Auto-moderation and groups for permission on pages that just really makes life easier and makes my work faster.

As of now you can't tag the user in FB, but they are working on it as we speak.

The biggest problem that's being solved is us being able to answer tickets faster. They just have a set of features that simply allowed the team to work faster and more efficient.

The engage feature of this tool help us to jump in important conversations on social channels like faceboo, twiiter and linkedin. Also, the publishing feature of this tool allows me to connect major social profiles of all our clients and successfully schedule the posts.
