Competent and easy to use for website tracking

What do you like best about StatCounter?

It is a rather compact but very powerful tool, easy to use and user-friendly interface suitable for monitoring our website traffic efficiently. It shows detailed data that is important for our marketing team, from the origin of the visit to the browsers that were used and more. I love the ease with which we can monitor our campaigns in real time. It's much easier to use than other analytics tools, lighter and very affordably priced; I like everything about StatCounter.

What do you dislike about StatCounter?

The design of its interface and the whole program in general seems a bit outdated, it needs to be improved. It is not as robust as other alternatives that allow advanced analysis and audience segmentation.

What problems is StatCounter solving and how is that benefiting you?

It allows us to monitor our websites in real time, get a clear overview of traffic and useful data for our marketing team to devise the best strategies to improve customer navigation and overall site accessibility. The data it yields is very detailed, excellent for analysis and reporting; in short, it has been a tool that helps us track traffic and each user browsing the website.

What do you like best about StatCounter?

There is no tool simpler than Statcounter when it comes to tracking visits to websites. It is easy to navigate and there are lots of features to track and easy to generate reports.

What do you dislike about StatCounter?

For now, we are not having any issues. We were looking for a simple, easy-to-use tool and it satisfies all our requirements.

Great way to track visits to your website!

What do you like best about StatCounter?

I like that they allow you to display a graphic on your site so that customers/visitors can see how many visits your page has had. They also give really great feedback as to specific analytics and what you can do to improve user retention.

What do you dislike about StatCounter?

I didn’t have any issues with StatCounter. It’s a great analytics tool for anyone who wants or needs to know the reach and audience of their websites.

8 Years Using Statcounter

What do you like best about StatCounter?

The simplicity of the layout of the analytics is excellent. Unlike many tracking and analytics apps, Statcounter's dashboard is very self-explanatory, and everything is easy to find and understand.

What do you dislike about StatCounter?

There isn't much I can think of that I dislike about Statcounter. The only thing I can think of is it would be nice if the WordPress plugin had an option not to track logged-in administrators. Other than that, I can't find any flaws worth talking about.

What problems is StatCounter solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use other analytics apps like Google Analytics, but Statcounter's layout and UI is much simpler, letting me find specific info very quickly.
