"Quick and easy breakdown of Intercom statistics"
What do you like best?

The simple UI allows you to quickly make sense of insights pulled directly from Intercom that were otherwise difficult to visualize.

What do you dislike?

It's been over a year since I used it last, but statbot was limited by stats that were available from Intercom - which was less about their capabilities and more about what Intercom measured/allowed.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I was using Intercom as a main hub for understanding some high-level user activity as well as communicating with customers and prospective customers, so Statbot allowed us to quickly understand how active our customer base was at a glance and provide insight into how customers interacted with our team on Intercom.

Simple integration, nice UI and segmentation.

A bit pricey to get started, as we don't have many customers.

"Essential if you use Intercom"
What do you like best?

Statbot makes up for the lack of detailed analytics on Intercom, and more. My favourite feature is the ability to export to excel for further analysis.

What do you dislike?

While the standard reports are quite useful as it is, I wish there was the ability to customize what figures we wanted to see, perhaps even build a customized dashboard. It would also be great to have alerts or ability to send reports to people on a regular basis.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Statbot provides better analytics on Intercom usage than the in-built Intercom Reports feature. Especially useful in tracking Response Tags.

What do you like best?

Raw data export options. We use this to get all the data needed for us to generate our own reports in excel/sheets.

What do you dislike?

Support accessibility and, at times, buggy/glitchy software

Statbot is great to have in addition to Intercom to help fill in gaps from Intercoms reporting at the moment. As more updates are made in Intercome, we rely less and less on Statbot. But, the raw data exports are invaluable.
