What do you like best?
The simple UI allows you to quickly make sense of insights pulled directly from Intercom that were otherwise difficult to visualize.
What do you dislike?
It's been over a year since I used it last, but statbot was limited by stats that were available from Intercom - which was less about their capabilities and more about what Intercom measured/allowed.

I was using Intercom as a main hub for understanding some high-level user activity as well as communicating with customers and prospective customers, so Statbot allowed us to quickly understand how active our customer base was at a glance and provide insight into how customers interacted with our team on Intercom.
