"Possibly the Best "Grow Your Own" Business Data Tool"
What do you like best about Infinity?

Infinity is a stable product with active and ongoing development. There is also a thriving community of users and developers. Infinity is a unique product in the space in that it doesn't target any specific need--rather a broad range of needs. There are many templates for many different use cases. So this is an exceptional tool, whether you're building a CRM, a product roadmap, a project management app, or any of a myriad other use cases.

What do you dislike about Infinity?

Infinity does require a bit of customization and it has a steep learning curve. Because of the complexity of the product, it really takes a level of planning and expertise to plan out how you want to use it. Because of this, there is not a good way to document all of the features so that you can follow a road map for specific use cases. So its weakness may be in that it is complicated and featureful--which is also an advantage.

What problems is Infinity solving and how is that benefiting you?

I primarily use Infinity for object organization and roadmap planning. Used in conjunction with a project management tool, Infinity plugs gaps that no stand-alone product can fill.

"Premium Trello Alternative"
What do you like best about Infinity?

Infinity with a One-time payment provides all Trello features with automation and the support of team collaboration. The support is beneficial and fast. Infinity is a very rabid tool that can be a Trello alternative in the near future for many companies

What do you dislike about Infinity?

The limitation in the use of reports and other integration with the most powerful tools in the market like dropbox or even google drive which can make a big difference if they support it soon.

What problems is Infinity solving and how is that benefiting you?

managing team work for about 5 employees in my company, the automation and recurring features can make reminders for many tasks and even payments for my customers.

"Infinity and Beyond"
What do you like best about Infinity?

Ease of use. Simple UI and most function needed for project management is available. Infinity boasts functionality that is comparable with other Management tool. A powerful but simple tool that is a must for small to medium teams that needs a streamlined workflow and operations monitoring.

Given the pricing scheme, it's a winner.

Support is top-notch. Response time is very commendable

What do you dislike about Infinity?

New platform compared to long running tools of the same function

Recommendations to others considering Infinity:

Cost effective, Easy to use, Simplified UI

What problems is Infinity solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were using a another paid platform but the cost is pushing us back considering the current size of the team and the needs for a management tool. With the current pricing scheme it is very cost effective

An amazing product with an aspiration to grow even more

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Being able to customize the workflow exactly for our needs, according to the use case, type of projects we're organizing and use case we're covering.

Due to the flexible workflow and features, organizing all Product Development, Marketing, Sales, Finances, HR and other departments was amazing, easy and intuitive experience, with top-notch results.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Minor details such as certain complex features like automations, keyboard shortcuts, etc.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Gantt View
Advanced Permissions & Roles
Automations

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Limitations of using other project management tools with data storage and structuring were solved by Infinity\\\\\\\'s amazing solution of folders and subfolders.

A wide variety of customization options also helps categorize, and ultimately organize data better, with the ability to shape the data into whatever the use case is.

Custom fields can support all types of data: tasks, documents, leads, files: literally anything.

Amazing Software -> Replacing Multiple Services at Once & Does More

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Anytime I'm trying to track something, I have very different needs to for the way I view it, the way I need to track it, etc. Infinity solves these problems! I can view it as boards, on a calendar, as tables. Then I can group and filter everything. And I can have related items. Plus it has an API & integrates with Zapier. This is my dream. Lastly, it is easy to use and has a great interface.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They are still working on improving the Zapier integration & ability to assign more specific permissions to users. Currently, those are lacking.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

It has a fair amount of integrations but love to see more. Also, an improved ability to have "child" items.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Projects management and information management. Need a way to put together a customized list and have dynamic ways of viewing it.

Are you a current user of this product?

Yes

"Already powerful but that's just the beginning"
What do you like best about Infinity?

Infinity gives you unprecedented support (just today I had a Skype call with CTO) and you get help with onboarding (you can easily have a call with demonstration and walk-trough). Moreover the whole team listens to user voices/suggestions/complaints (there's a dedicated forum and FB group) and every two weeks or so they publish a new set of feature updates.

And if we talk about features, there's plenty of flexibility: only your imagination limit you with what you can get done in Infinity. Currently, there are 4 views (list, column/kanban, calendar, table) and a few dozens of attributes for each item (text, long text, date, phone, email address, number, rating, etc).

What do you dislike about Infinity?

Although there so much power in Infinity, it still has a few things on the roadmap that haven't been published yet (like recurring events and more types of templates) - that's because it's relatively young service. Still, the team is bold enough to make pivotal changes if they mean more value for the users.

Recommendations to others considering Infinity:

Read Infinity Community Forum at https://community.startinfinity.com to get better idea what other users think.

What problems is Infinity solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps organize current tasks and operations, provides framework for long-term development and stores employees and customer data.
