I like the ability to be able to easily run different reports using different ranges. It's easy to use, and runs my reports quickly.

There is nothing that i dislike about this product

It's helping us analyze data easily with the many different reports that we're able to run through Star.

The timesheet feature is simple, user friendly, and easy to use

The expense reporting seems a little outdated compared to more advanced products and it doesn't integrate well with other platforms yet

Great for time tracking, not the best on the market for expense tracking

As a CPA, I track my time in 15 minute time intervals, making it necessary to have a simple yet effective tool to do so. The software is available on my smartphone, so I can update my time anywhere easily.

The interface is intuitive, Time Entry and Expense modules are easy to use.

Some core components still live in a desktop client and not all via the web client. Mobile app is not great. Access to technicians and support can be troublesome with many based in the UK.

Making daily time entry easy for staff. Mobile app gives users on the go access, even if the app is a bit clunky. Better reporting capabilities (still trying to realize this). Integrated scheduling app.
