Stageset puts everything I need for proposals into one spot so it can make for really smooth proposals and also be really impressive. It's pretty easy to understand and use too, both for the client and for the person putting the proposal together.
I would love to see more modules and settings get added in the future, especially an option to embed with an embed code rather than just an iframe. Also, I think it would be nice to have the option to create, export, or store the proposal as a PDF. This would be useful for those older clients who may not be as tech-savvy and prefer a classic proposal, but it's really a great tool to have in my pocket, and I think with the right client it can make a major difference.
Stageset solves the problem of proposals not being interactive. Basically it makes it so that you can send someone a pitchdeck or project proposal with things like next steps, contact info, etc built right in.
The ease of use and the customization allowed.
Still, some integrations to add and more features to come.
Quick creation of business offers and tracking to see how the deal is going, allowing me to close more deals faster.
Resources are presented in a digital sales room in a beautiful way.
You'll need to update each existing room manually.
Providing all stakeholders the same relevant information for a deal.
ease of use, Dashboardeasy login and Templates!
basic features, hopefully more in the future, including more integrations!
Sales Room
Stageset is a great tool for our Sales team. In just a few clicks, our sellers can create personalized deal pages where prospective buyers can find all relevant Sales material, docs and next steps to buy from us.
We can then track in the Analytics when and how buyers interact with it and which people from their team were invited to collaborate. It made our Sales cycle way faster and our sales team more productive.
It's easy-to-use and effective. Can only recommend.
Nothing major as of now. They don't have all the integrations with the tools we use (Wistia in my case) but they are adding updates quickly so I hope it will come in near term too.
With Stageset we have more deal insights, faster Sales cycles and a higher deal win rate. It also saves me and my team a ton of time on mail follow-ups and sync-up meetings.
There's so much to enjoy about Stageset: from being able to include a very broad selection of content to the fast developing featureset, as well as the very quick support for the occassional question.
It long ago had about 20 minutes of downtime. That wasn't so nice. Needs to be said it was outside business hours, AND I actually don't know if it was planned or unplanned downtime.
It's spectacular how Stageset allows us to have everything in a single place.
In the past we'd mostly share items via email. Now we share via email that the Stageset portal has been updated and everything is just in Stageset for both the clients' referene and ours.
As a solo entrepreneur, I want to "wow" current clients with a dedicated space for our most important information and work so we don't have to hunt it down via our long email threads; items like copies of invoices, contracts, previous work, and key links. I'm also considering using it with potential clients, too. Overall, I think the software has a lot of potential. They are still working out some bugs, but the roadmap is promising, and there is enough functionality that I feel comfortable using it with my clients. I haven't used customer support too much, but they've been quick to reply and come off friendly. There is a lot of potential, and I appreciate how easy it is to update templates so there is brand consistency and so I don't have to duplicate work manually.
Currently, emails are not reliable if you want to have Stageset directly email clients to invite them to their "room." There are interesting ways to increase security of the information so only the right people have access, like white listing the domain of the emails that would have access. I'm also waiting to get access to CNAME so links can be white label. While it isn't a big deal if my clients know that I'm using this software, I'm a small business seeking to look professional and stand out. I'd like to have a dedicated place where clients can log in whenever they need access to their "room."

I like the ease of use of stageset. Setting up the templates will be the most time extensive things you do in stageset. After that its 1 click and you have your interactive proposal ready.
In the app is a live chat for support if needed. The only thing i needed em for was asking about new features :) So thats great.
If the e-signing and pricing table is live. We will use stageset as primary proposal tool everyday.
The app still has limited features. However a lot are in development :)
Like e-signing and pricing table
In IT creating proposals are a hard thing to do. A lot of information is needed to show the customer what they get. If sending them a word proposal with all the techstuff in it. They get overwhelmed.
Using stageset makes it a lot easier. We split the functional stuff from the tech stuff. The end users can select and read only what they want to read.
If the pricing table and e-signing is developped we can ditch our e-signing solution to.

Simplicity and intuitive layout - it's a great product
Haven't run into anything that's causing me problems so far
While it's marketed as a solution for digital sales rooms, it's also great for cold-ish outreach.
