I love how we are able to congratulate everyone on each win they have, I think this is so important as praise really motivates everyone! Customer support has been great when I've needed it too! I use this platform every single day so ease of each feature is the most important to me and so far I've not been disappointed.
I would prefer to be able to send instant messages to my colleagues who are online. Much quicker than email
This platform is making sure I don't miss out on any important information, and keeps me updated in real time.
I like the streamlined and user-friendly platform, having not used StaffCircle until my current role I've found the learning and readjusting process to be an easy one. We had some training but in all honesty, it wouldn't have been needed given how easy it is to navigate. It's a great way to track our goals and feel purposeful as we work towards them. I felt easily integrated into the StaffCircle fold and now use it regularly.
I can't think of any downsides! It would be great to know if StaffCircle had benefits like other HR type platforms that offering discount codes and incentives.
It's primarily helping with performance management and tracking our progress as we work towards our yearly goals. This has proven to be very helpful and ensures everyone in the team that needs to be is looped in and aware of the achievements being made and met.
I love that we can share news with our partners in other UK locations and the US - it's so important to share project updates, new hires, celebrations etc so Staff Circle has really helped bring our global team together. I also love that training / qualification certificates can be stored on the platform making for easy access. The business moved over from an alternative package and it's been a fairly easy integration and transition with minimal training needed to understand the system, it's much easier to navigate and I personally use it much more frequently than the previous platform. I've only had cause to contact Customer Support once and Charlotte was so helpful and resolved the issue quickly - so Staff Circle is a thumbs up from me!
I've not actually found anything that I dislike about the system
As a global company with staff spread about both the UK and US having the ability to share news is great in bringing the team together, also much easier for the HR Team
Staff circle is easy to use and accessible by everyone in the business. It allows for internal interaction, performance reviews and internal communications. With the internal communications, I like the features of being able to interact with posts made.
I also like that it can be accessed from my mobile device, so i dont have to go onto my work laptop to access all info i require.
Some features are not as clear to use, or take more time to work out. Such as the booking Holiday. or seeing other members of the business time off/avaliability
The internal communciation between all employess
Everything a business needs is all in one platform, in real time and a pleasure to have the platform at our fingertips for everyday use. The managers are eager to get to grips with the whole system to make their workload easier to manage.
There is not a lot to dislike about the platform. Early days yet and we may get some comments later on the in project. More content in the University part of the platform. Start a user group to exchange ideas for the future development of the platform.
No problems as yet. It has solved an long awaited HR issue of not having everything in one place for all our core HR, employee engagement and performance management
StaffCircle has made it increasingly easier to manage and access annual leave and absences at work. Its very easy to use and I can have the app on my phone therefore I can access it from home. It has made requesting time off simple and paperless and I can also see when the colleagues in my department are off via the calendar. I am aware it also has many other features thta i am yet to discover.
I am yet to find a negative about the platform so far.
It means we no longer have to keep a folder of holiday forms that need to be signed by line managers, instead they can be approved and found on StaffCircle which means no paper use and means there is less admin work i.e filing, putting holidays onto an outlook calendar and updating the holiday tracker.
I have been using Staff Circle in my Customer Support role for a number of months and really enjoy how this app is set up. I mainly use Staff Circle to book annual leave or an absence, however it is the easiest platform I have ever used for a job role. I find it very easy to monitor my annual targets and amend where required, ensuring I keep up to date. I use Staff Circle at least three times a week for various features displayed. I have had no problems with using this platform and found it very straight forward to use once being shown, I would recommend any employer to use this for their staff members.
I have no negative comments to make regarding Staff Circle.
By using Staff Circle enables me to keep on track of my Annual targets, which in turn helps meet the Company's set targets. This helps the company to succeed annually and not fall behind on taregts.
The company I work for has recently started using it to allow us to book our holidays and as I had a few days I needed next year I decided to do them now. It was a really easy process, the company will also be soon incorporating our payslips into the system and I expect them to be as easy to see as the holidays were easy to book.
I currently cannot see any downsides. It has everything business related in one place and is easy to use.
I am only a user of the system as an employee, but just from my cursory use of the product I believe it puts everything onto one easy to use system.
Satff circle is an easy to follow platform that allows me to book the time off i need and see when it clashes with others. I feel as though I can access it easily without the need for confusion. I wish all my work platforms were like this! I am able to see what my reviews and objectives are without having to dig deep! I can see my progress and deadlines with ease! I frequently use this platform to keep on track of my tasks and ensuring I am prepared for when anyone is on annual leave. I am Able to offer support to customers at any time due to the information provided!

As an American based company there have been slight edits needed to fit our needs but no draw backs from our perspective.
The new platform has allowed us to change from a six month performance system to an annual evaluation to be inclusive of organizational goals, metrixs and much more. We plan to expand on the features but for roleout out focus was having all evaluations performed annually.
