Asking for days off or requesting information about available days is something that every employee can do simply by selecting the option. Managing the objectives better is something that we have achieved with Staff Squared and also automate certain tasks, which helps us solve more questions and important queries about the human resources area.

Within the platform we are also informed of any change that has occurred in a task, objective and at the same time you can follow up to see if any of the tasks needs a change or adjustment for better performance.

Possibility to see who is absent, Birthday dates, scheduled days off and meetings.

Convenience - If you sick, you can submit it through the system and admin will see it and approve your day off. You also can schedule your own vacation for approving.

Sometimes ( when lot's of things are scheduled) the calendar becomes massive and hard to read.

Think about which rules you would like to have. For example, when employee book a day off, he must include the reason. These things id better to explain right away.

The appraisal management functionality is quite basic. Not that it’s not useful at all, it’s very good for setting meetings and tracking appraisals but you might still need to use your own forms.

We’re now able to get information to and from employees faster than ever before. This is especially important given the distributed nature of our company.

We’ve tried a number of HR software apps in the last few years but we think we’ve finally found the best with Staff Squared. The interface is easy to use, the functionality is great and there’s not too much of it. It covers all of the things we need.

We’d like to be able to do more around a “wiki” type setup with Staff Squared ,rather than having to use a separate product. Other than that - no complaints!

Our data is now up to date, and accurate! We never thought this would be possible before but finally HR is no longer an ongoing nightmare.

We use this to keep all of our HR information and documents in one place. We tried some other apps but they just were not as user friendly, nor were they as well supported. The Staff Squared team have been so lovely working with us to make getting on boarded a simple process.

There’s a few “hidden” features that were not obvious when we first signed up. For example we didn’t know that expense tracking was an option as it’s not turned on by default!

It’s so much easier to manage our HR processes and information now that we’re up and running with Staff Squared. I love the reminders and the calendar is beautiful.
