We have been using Squeezely for over a year and are amazed how advanced it is. We can easily show our clients boats that they are interested in. It's all based on data and click behavior on our boat auction website. We know what our customers are interested in. We have used Squeezely to identify customers when they visit our website or offline stores. This gives us a centralized view of our customers. Using Squeezely we are able to reach these customers with personalized content on our website, via email and also in ads. In doing so it really has made our customer experience a lot smarter and better.
You do need some knowledge about marketing and websites to set this up. Squeezely offers a really good onboarding program with dedicated customer success portal. But to get everything setup it is helpful that you at least have some basic knowledge about HTML & CSS.
It really helped us do a lot as a small company in very little time. Squeezely's support has been great in helping us getting started and made us less reliant on our website development partners.
For example, website visitors that are viewing products that are not in stock can get automatic reminders when a product is available again. Returning customers get strong product recommendations related to the product category they visit and also see similar products in the checkout.

The most valuable part of Squeeely is the quick response you get on bugs or support. The team of Squeezely is very social so to contact them is always very joyful.
The onboarding proces and the innovations are outsourced to Partners of Squeezely. The Partners are not always up-to-date by ''special issues''. I think Squeezely can invest more in new customers to help them to get asap up and running with the platform to help with the installation.
Personalization of the webshop is the biggest problem solver. We hope to get different conversion and lifetime buyers if we get true all the options the platform offers.

Great tool for personalisation with endless possibilities. The support is very fast and helpful. We achieved great results with the tool.
The overview of personalisations is sometimes a bit cluttered.
We use Squeezely to communicate relevantly, focusing on conversion, return and customer satisfaction. The use of Squeezely enables us to make media communications more relevant, websites more personal an realize more turnover with data.
It is very easy to make new journeys and personalisations. Besides that, it is easy to connect Copernica!
