Square's payment processing is dependable and delivers reliably. I like that Square Online Store is naturally connected to its own payment processing, so issues can be resolved in a more streamlined and in-house way. Departments are more interconnected compared to shopping cart companies that use external payment processors. The store designs are clean and professional and can be edited with simple modification features.

The store designs generally aren't as good as those of Shopify. The functionality and features aren't as robust as they are on Shopify.

We can create quick, efficient, and appealing online stores for a fraction of the price of other e-commerce platforms. We have access to the solid Square payment platform, which I feel is far better than PayPal. Square has good quality customer support, in general. I'm sure there will be issues that don't get resolved smoothly, but at least they respond in a timely fashion more often than not.

The first thing that comes to mind when somebody asks me what I like best would be the features that Square provides within the app. It is much better than other sales apps.

The only thing I dislike, would be that they charge money for the card reader. Other than that, everything works great and I do not have any complaints. I like it as is.

The online store is very professional looking at appears as if you hired a web designer - but better because it has the functionality that it would take big bucks to actually hire a web designer to create! It is intuitive to set up and easy for even the less tech-savvy among us.

Because it is pre-fab in many ways, there is only so much customization that you can do with it. Still, we've been able to use it for purposes other than just an online store, like online raffles etc. so you can make it specific to your purpose, but ultimately your options are limited as they are with anything that's not built from scratch.

The only problems that we ran into were just sort of growing pains in understanding what each of the built in functions were best suited for. For example, some types of products only had a certain range of selectable changes that could be made to them, some choices of products could only be affiliated with something that was to be delivered or picked up versus others that could only be downloaded. This caused some headache because it wasn't clear from the outset that it would be an issue so we had already set up one product then used that one as a template for all the others - only to find out when we went to test it that we'd chosen the wrong product type so basically needed to start over. It was mostly operator error, but there could be more clarity on the pages where you select products what each is for and what their affiliated delivery options are. Still, in going through that tumble, we realized that we could use the site for even broader purposes than we initially realized.

I like that Square's Online Store is an all-inclusive type of deal. We can process payments, add content and design the store all in one place. The transaction fees are industry standard. Getting started with our store was as easy as pie. The money gets withdrawn to our bank account within a day or so.

The templates aren't bad, but it can be hard to edit the layout sometimes. The customer service is good as a whole, but they don't always have helpful advice when it some to making store design changes. I'm very satisfied with Square though.

I highly recommend it especially for those that are already using the square register as they've recently lowered their fees so it just makes it so much easier to use I also use pointy which sends me a lot of online clients and it works with Square

Well first of all the online store doesn't cost me anything it's only when somebody makes a purchase so I don't have to pay a monthly fee the benefits for me is that I can list my products and so many people use Apple products nowadays so it's so versatile that everybody knows how to use the program and it's basically everywhere now

With Square Online you get the utmost records of transactions based on your daily sales. keeping inventories, and product details is easier. The app is simply intuitive, supports integrations with third parties and can also be tailored to meet the specs. Great for medium-sized businesses.

I used a separate platform previously for selling clothes. It was expensive and i prefer square visually and financially.

It's simple to sign up and get started. No payments are needed when registering for a Square Online Store. They have decent transaction fees that are about the same as other online store solutions. They have the structure for a basic store are completed for new users. The store is designed to be viewable on desktop and mobile screens. We can process payments through multiple payment methods.

The basic store designs are extremely bare. There aren't many templates that are of the design quality of a Wix, Squarespace, or Shopify website.

Square Online Store is good when we don't need too much design going on in an online store. We can get set up fast and have a solid foundation of the store that can load quickly and reliably on multiple operating systems and web browsers. Square Online Store provides a secure transaction portal that visitors can trust. They can also help us with customer disputes and technical transaction issues that occasionally come up.
