The appointments are easy to set up and check out. It also allows you to send appointment reminder texts! Pretty great for our first system. -massage therapy we tried fresha, and google. Both sucked compared to here.

Square has 2 different apps for retail and services. So you have to use a different app when the clie t wasn't anything other than a service. Which was fine. But now we are starting to sell retail.

Didn't really have much of a problem. We switched to Godaddy terminal because it actually prints recipes and has alot more options and smaller fees.

So even though we still use square appointments, if go daddy offers similar set up, we will switch to them

I love that I don't have to do all the work. Once things are set up it allows the client to schedule and automatically sends an email with the zoom already inserted. Saves time and energy when I can be preparing for the session and not caught up in sending out a zoom invite each time

It takes awhile to get the hang of but mostly this is just because of user error and getting use to doing it all myself. Perhaps an easier more streamlined way or more tutorials available at a click of a button. Just takes practice and doing it.

It's helping me to do more healing work and less Messing with all the set up etc.

Downsides using square appointments there are being late response.

They don't have rebuttals

This whole entire Square Appointments is hands down the easiest most user friendly program EVER. This has every option for anyting you could ever imagine needed for scheduling your appointments.

I have not found anything at all that I dislike about this. If there is something found, than I would suggest its user error, because there is no way anyone could find a dislike with this program.

Problems solved would be the beauty of the reminder that my clients receive. The reminder can be customized to reminde them the day prior or two day prior, whatever is best for your company. The benefits are the ability that my staff can see not only what's scheduled for them, but where everyone else will be which helps in the event you need extra hands on.

Square Appointments is very user friendly for both the user/admin AND the client!

I've had trouble in the past connecting to apps like Zapier, but it has since been resolved.

I have replaced Calendly with Square Appointments which eliminates another monthly expense for my business.
