I really enjoy the ease of gaining support when an issue arises.
I like receiving updates about new products and constant reminders of what I can use that I currently already have access to.
I haven't had any serious issues with Square 9 Softworks yet and honestly, even if something were to come up, I know the team will be there to help me.
It usually just relates to access to the program or log in issues. The turnaround time for reporting the issue and getting an answer with a solution is usually very quick.
We original used Square 9 through a reseller and dealt with four different companies, depending on the need. We were able to eliminate three vendors. We were able to streamline the process by bringing it in house. Our visibility is within minutes now instead of waiting months for online visibility.
So far, nothing! We were outside of our project timeline and they still worked with us to tie up any loose ends.
Square 9 allows our employees to locate signed delivery tickets, regardless of their location.
Square 9 has a great team behind your project. The communication is fantasatic. The process is smooth and streamlined.
Square 9 has a lot of functionality. This can be a blessing and a bit of a curse. There's a lot we can do with it - but that can take some education/training. I don't always want to take the time to do that type of thing. While I can still use the surface applications without it, all the extras could be intimidating.
Square 9 is helping us cut down on paper and wasted time. Now that we are managing our archives on Square 9's platform, we don't have to leave our desk, go into archives and physically pull documents for shredding. Once in the cloud, I can just delete the old documents we don't need anymore. The same thing could be said about needing to retrieve archived information for things like background checks. We no longer have to physically find the paper record. We can search for it on the cloud and voila - it's right at your finger tips. It's very convenient. It also takes up less space in our facility. We used to have a large room for storing files. Now we've moved what we still retain short-term to a much smaller room.
Pretty soon we'll be using Square 9 to take online applications for our Trade School. Applicants can apply online instead of coming in person to fill out an application. It allows for us to expand the time frame in which they can apply.

When I get to the bottom of a file search, I would like the page to automatically switch to the next without having to select the arrow or page number.
With this software, responding and fulfilling records request is quicker/ this saves time for much other work to be done.
The program is very user friendly. It has saved us tons of time by allowing us to easily search for documents. We can also search by a keyword that will pull up any documents with that word in it. The implementation team is great and will customize the program to fits your individuals needs.
We don't really have anything that isn't working great.
We used to store documents in unsecured boxes. Square 9 allows us to easily find an invoice or document while also storing it securely. This will also allow our auditors to not have to come onsite by us giving them a login and they can do their audit from somewhere else.
The ability to auto-index using OCR is a huge timesaver! All of our Proof of Delivery documents are automatically picked up from the inbox, indexed on at least 10 different key fields located on the packing list, and filed for later retrieval... if all you have is a customer and date, or a packing list number, you can a pull the POD in seconds... working towards 200,000 docs on file in just a couple years...
The main menu ribbon of the interface is very user friendly and simple to work with; however, some of the more administrative/system menus can be a little more difficult to maneuver or locate your option(s)...
We were spending tens of thousands of dollars a year on labor to file and store paper documents until Square 9 was implemented... in addition to record retention and purging activities that drove us to paying nearly $1,000 a month for offsite storage of documents when we would run out of filing cabinets and office space. Square 9 changed all that...
I like its great user friendly features. It is customizable for each department. Allows access to my work information. It provides a way to connect with other users. Developing custom components. I also like that it is easy to use.
It should have more updates. Some problems are not resolved in a matter of minutes. I don't like some of the components. I wish there were more options for management.
We use it at work all the time. The system facilitated the search for information. It keeps us organized in the same objective. Create a great way to keep track. I have definitely been able to get more benefits.
The tool is easy to use as it allows us to quickly create the necessary intake forms and send them to the right people for approval. it is very efficient because Before automation, forms were lost or held up by multiple copies appearing at different times.
There really isn't something I don't like about Square, it works very well. If we ever have a problem, we just have to call support and everyone is always friendly, helpful and solves your problems.
Square helps us store and manage all of our work. We no longer have to dig through your file folders that have been stored for years, as everything is within easy reach.
I love that it is a highly customizable tool and it is very easy to use. It has a very useful search function that allows you to search by the document title or by the fields within the document, thus helping to save time in the search. It enables automation of most departmental processes with integration into our core business systems.
For some the learning curve may be a problem as it is somewhat steep but there is plenty of training available. Workflow processes can be a bit confusing, but just need more training.
This platform has the ability to open multiple folders at the same time, which greatly speeds up the work and decreases the time spent. It also provides a digitally secure storage space, plus it provides easier, more organized, and more accessible records management than you might imagine.
