What do you like best about Sprinklr Social?

It is one of the best available tool for social listening and analysis. It is quite easy to understand and use once you get trained on the same. Responding to customer queries and requests is very easy once the social channels are integrated well.

What do you dislike about Sprinklr Social?

Could be a bit difficult to understand if you don't get proper guidance. There are too many features and elements to get lost into.

What problems is Sprinklr Social solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sprinklr is brining in social listening, E-commerce analysis, social customer support, content sharing on different channels together. Which is helping the businesses to deep-dive into the data to take important business decisions. The integration of AI has helped the tool to provide quick glance into the top peaks.

What do you like best about Sprinklr Social?

The platform is easy to navigate, easy to set up, and filled with useful information. Not only is the social listening the best of the best, but the customer support portion of the platform is top tier. We use it everyday between social media management, customer service, and social listening. The customer support is fantastic. We have dedicated members from Sprinklr who meet with us bi-weekly to address any issues or even to teach use new features the platform has to offer. If we do have an issue, it is resolved quickly. Our dedicated Sprinklr team is very responsive and the best of the best.

What do you dislike about Sprinklr Social?

The only issue I have is when as a smaller company, using the out-of-box solution does not allow us to drill down geographically (this is only in the enterprise package). This doesn't make sense because if you're using the out-of-box solution, your company is most likely only in a few local areas.

What problems is Sprinklr Social solving and how is that benefiting you?

The platform we had before was terrible in reporting and listening. Sprinklr solves both problems.

What do you like best about Sprinklr Social?

We own/operate 100+ individual brands - each with their own social identity. Sprinklr allows us to manage all those brands in one tool and to pull analytics/publish content in the aggregate, individual or group levels.

What do you dislike about Sprinklr Social?

Sprinklr is so robust that solutions to do certain tasks can seem daunting or overwhelming. Sometimes, especially when training new users, it is best to show only one way to do a task instead of the multiple ways one can accomplish one thing.

Recommendations to others considering Sprinklr Social:

Sprinklr is a robust social media management tool that checks all the requirements for our company. However, if you company is smaller/does not need robust social listening (outside of owned mentions), or does not have a multitude of brands to manage, it may be more than you need.

What problems is Sprinklr Social solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use Sprinklr's listening/engagement tools to help us listen for brand threats (both online and offline) and action them as quickly as possible. The tool helps increase our efficiency for this listening (resulting in a decrease in time obligation) and is also an effective security tool.

Reporting dashboards and ability to show a lot more in-depth details about accounts on various platforms.

Dashboards are sometimes very slow to load .

What do you like best about Sprinklr Social?

I love how customizable Sprinklr is. You can develop your own dashboards, reports, and even custom metrics that help you measure your brand yearly, monthly, weekly and daily. It's incredibly helpful to have customization options for our KPI reporting.

What do you dislike about Sprinklr Social?

It's a great tool, but there is a learning curve with the platform and it isn't as intuitive as one might think. I use the search function a lot because I can't always remember when something I need is "buried" within the platform.

What problems is Sprinklr Social solving and how is that benefiting you?

Saving time is by far our biggest benefit! Being able to aggregate all of our KPI's into one dashboard (instead of digging around natively or in multiple reports) as well as aggreating all customer comments and DMs into one dashboard is a life saver. We were able to decrease our customer case handle time by nearly 90%!

I am a current user of Sprinklr Social The best part is easy to use and user-friendly with ease in handling by all the agents who will be working

What do you dislike about Sprinklr Social?

sometimes it becomes choppy when the number of cases captured increases for example if cases captured in one go is more then 4000-5000 it lags or break down but we will never come across this much cases at one go ever

We are using it for managing customer service of various platforms and look after the social media chatters, comments on posts, negative-positive reviews and much more

What do you like best about Sprinklr Social?

I am in the end of an evel period with this software and I must say I am super impressed with how intuitive and easy it is to use. It was simple to set up. The amount of depth in reporting is great. The AI writing was on point from the very first try!

What do you dislike about Sprinklr Social?

First, the price. As a small business I am having to think carefully about committing. Second, I was emailed about an onboarding call, which I immediatly replied to. I have not gotten a response. This possibly migh have overcome my price objections but I never heard back.Lastly I cant add my personal (only my businness) accounts. Iuse my peronal socials as much as my business in the sales pipeline. None of these are negatives enough for most who will read this so I kept my review a 10 for all this software accomplishes.

Giving me in depth insights to my socail accounts and easy scheduling of post. AI help in writing great content.

What do you like best about Sprinklr Social?

How easy it is to use. When I was trained on how to use it, it did not take long. I like how everything you need is there and it is not confusing. Another thing, is I like how it never has issues.

What do you dislike about Sprinklr Social?

I can say that maybe sometimes it can be a bit slow. Other than that I do not see anything else that I don't like about it. It can get slow, but it is not a issue that I always have.

What problems is Sprinklr Social solving and how is that benefiting you?

It makes my job easier. It is the main program we use and it benefits the company in so many ways. As previously mentioned, it is easy to use and I love that about it.

What do you like best about Sprinklr Social?

I like the capacity it has for reporting. It allows us to see more granular numbers with comments, engagements and sentiment. It over exceeds what competitors can do.

What do you dislike about Sprinklr Social?

Not much, other than the learning curve that I have at times the tool is very robust. Bi-quarterly trainings that include any new employees. I would like to see improvements in more Spainsh language sentiment.

What problems is Sprinklr Social solving and how is that benefiting you?

Meausuring how our content is performing across all of our social channels and has allowed us to craft detailed strategies for our content. Also, the approval process between the publishers and clients is very helpful.
