There is nothing to dislike in Spring recruit.

It helps me navigate large number of applications and make my recruitment and election process quick and efficient.

Such an amazing applicant tracking system (ATS) which helped us in every steps to enrich the hiring process and decisions of the organization. SpringRecruit is very easy to use and having number of features that could make your work more productive.

Sometimes support does not work properly however it is just an small issues even not an issue so I do not have any issue with the solution provided.

Hiring was a time taking process before spring Recruit which has been resolved by the solution and also the quality of hire has been increased so Five start, Bravo.

SpringRecruit is a simple-to-use application that assists both job seekers and employers in finding the best candidates. By providing tools like scheduling, assessments, reminders, and engagement emails, it streamlines the hiring process and makes everything more effective.

It would be advantageous to have more word editing options available in the programme to improve resume personalization. Users would then be able to tailor their resumes to their own requirements and tastes. It would also be beneficial if new profiles could be alerted to important stakeholders participating in the hiring process in addition to admins. Expanding the tools word editing options would considerably enhance user experience and give users more flexibility when building customised resumes.

Compared to manual approaches, using SpringRecruit has dramatically decreased the amount of time I need to manage the hiring process. It streamlines the flow of resumes and makes it possible for me to quickly and effectively analyse profiles. Its simple to send invitations to interviews. My time has been freed up as a result to focus on other important activities. SpringRecruit is a fantastic tool for streamlining the hiring process, and I heartily suggest it to entrepreneurs.

It's Simple. Does the job and serves the purpose of an ATS. SpringRecruit is the perfect ATS every company should be using. Keeping it is forever free is indeed good, but more importantly, it is the features and the support that the team provides. You usually don't get this level of professional support for free applications. Not only does it fulfill the ATS needs, but they are always ready to support and assist you. And, they continue to add more features to the product to make it better. This is a must-have product for all.

Nothing to dislike but some features I would like to see are:

1. Boolean search within the database to find from the internal database. At the moment, I can only find candidates by name.

2. Pre-qualifying questions when a candidate is applying for a job. Possibly also include an option for the online test as part of the application process.

Workflow and the its speed. The product is very handy.

Opening of multiple windows for each task is not handy. The Application should be able to operate with just one window.

Zero Cost and a product that is at par with any best ATS that the market offers. While the features are still evolving and getting added by days, i am sure that SpringRecruit will cover all features that any loaded ATS offers. The speed of the application and good. Navigation build well. The simplicity is retained. This is what a Recruiter needs

Main thing i like this springrecruit is we can create huge database just by sending all resumes to just one mail id.

Support from spring recruit team is very good i got clarifications in minutes

Only one thing is there that after we send bulk resumes to mail for few profiles candidate names are not adding.if this can fix then all is good

Spring recruit has many features like liking the google calendar to pick the time slots, default email compositions for interviews, adding team members hassle free, Defined access level to colleagues, and so..on

More Importantly All the features are available for free life long.

loads slow sometimes,felt that comments session would be more easier if it is near the profile like a button but not like internal notes

Loads slow sometimes. Need to add more features such as extracting database in CSV,excel format.
