Springahead is fantastic. Although I have not used to for about a year, I used it when I worked for a different company and loved the autonomy it provides, like letting you log your own hours.

Although it is relatively user-friendly after I started using it, I was a little confused how to use it in the beginning. I was particularly confused on how to add hours for different weeks and didn't like the ambiguity of that.

It is a way for employees to log their hours and then get accountants or payroll employees to approve it. I believe it is beneficial because it provides employees with autonomy but also guarantees accuracy with the accounting approval.

What I like best about SpringAhead is that you are able to input your time card everyday and save without submitting it. At the end of the week, you have the option to submit all or choose the days you would like to submit for approval. You can view your pay summary and filter on the range dates you would like to view.

The only thing I don't like about it is that you don't have to option to update your banking information or see an actual pay stub. The staffing agent would have to send that to you separately.

The main purpose that I use it for is to input my time and view my payables which is working well.

I LOVE how it’s compatible with quickbooks, it makes payroll and accounting that much easier.

I can’t say I dislike anything about it, it is a really great program overall.

Great for use with quickbooks!

I used SpringAhead for payroll purposes.

SpringAhead automates the filling out of timesheets and approval of time cards. It also has the capability to create invoices which I love which makes my experience soooo much easier on my end.

I dislike the slow load up times during peak times which can obviously cause issues.

Great program, great support!

My problems would be the slow load up time during peak times. My benefits would be easy user experience. I also love the conversation tool feature this software has.

I really like how easy it is to use spring ahead! It’s very easy to navigate, and when you make mistakes it’s easily fixable.

Sometimes when I use spring ahead on my mobile device, everything comes up very small. However, it is easy to zoom in and begin working that way.

It would be better if it shows everything in the drop down list/

Easy to use interface, simple layout, and uncluttered UI.

I'm hoping for a push notification around timesheet entry.

Tracking my time spent on projects is essential and SpringAhead does a great job of helping with that.
