Spreedly provided very detailed documentation and was very quick and answer questions and support.

I dont have a complaint at this time. Everything worked as expected.

Ability to connect to multiple gateways and PSP's

How we had to implement one core integration to gain the benefit of many integrations. Some of the gateways have unique fields, but the overall implementation is far faster than doing each individually.

We don't quite know if a gateway will work or not until it's tested, though this is more on us as it's laid out in the documentation if a gateway-specific field is required.

Gaining customer optionality from a single integration point allows our Payments and Events customers to use our business logic instead of us needing to focus on the gateway integrations.

Some of the gateways supported are not so easy for our clients to use, but that is not their fault.

Spreedly acts as a proxy for payment gateways and has allowed us to scale internationally without the need for direct integrations or becoming PCI compliant.

When a gateway was not supported they were able to add it and execute very quickly.

Provided feedback to their support team on how they could better support us as a customer, and although a solution was not immediately available (and may not be in the future), they were understanding and promised to keep our feedback in mind as they continue to develop their solutions.

Spreedly has had fantastic uptime. When we've experienced issues, Spreedly has responded with outstanding customer service.

It used to be somewhat hard to search for transactions in Spreedly, but that has improved significantly.

There is minimal technical debt incurred because Spreedly is so gateway agnostic. Much faster than spinning up a custom solution!

Spreedly is an excellent tool for processing online payments and connecting to a variety of gateways. Minimal development time is needed and they are very secure.

Sabrina was very helpful in getting all of our issues fixed and getting everything done.

It took longer than I would have liked to initially find out that there was a problem with the encryption code.

So far we have only migrated and extracted the files from another company so I cannot answer about problems or benefits with using Spreedly.

There are two strong points:

Firstly, the ability to work with multiple payment gateways through a single interface.

And secondly, the flexibility to be able to change our payment gateways for the cards we have stored in Spreedly.

Also, we love the support we are getting.

There is almost nothing to dislike.

Perhaps the cases where for some gateways, we needed some fine-tuning that wasn't possible through Spreedly. But even in those cases, we were able to contact support, and the feature we needed was added to Spreedly API.

There are a lot of benefits:

- Being able to work with credit cards as if we are the ones storing them and remaining PCI compliant.

- Simplifying our processes and card capture logic to a single implementation for all our gateways.

After looking at various options, Spreedly was a no-brainer, both in terms of price and ease of use. As a multi-brand company that cross-sells across websites, we needed an effective, reliable method of splitting payments depending on which products a customer purchased. Spreedly enables us to do this very quickly and reliably, with a minimum of configuration. Extremely pleased with the service, which (incidentally) has never let us down once in the 3 years we’ve been using it.
