"It worth a try"
What do you like best about SpotMe?

It's a simple way to stay connected with others. In my case "others" are HCPs in a very sensible period, the launch of a new drug.

What do you dislike about SpotMe?

The live session is delayed of 30 seconds and it's very difficult to interact. No problem in case of webinars but if you have to interact during the live session I used a Zoom link

What do you like best about SpotMe?

It was integral to making our event a success, added a layer of sophistication, and gave our delegates a fantastic experience. The support we received from Adam was exceptional, and it was easy to build and integrate. We won't run another event without it.

What do you dislike about SpotMe?

It would be hard to say, the app is so powerful.

What problems is SpotMe solving and how is that benefiting you?

It was the only solution to make our complicated agenda a breeze. Every delegate was able to design their own day, choosing their own sessions thanks to SpotMe. We were able to post pre and post-event comms, provide updates and information about things like travel, and host documents we needed delegates to have access to, and create audience participation at the click of a button.

Service is also great! And can be built on self-service!

The readily available support system for any query is an awesome bonus!

What do you like best about SpotMe?

I like that it allows for so much personalization - from Agendas to the design. I also really like that it offers a lot of engagement opportunities such as live polling, surveys, Q&A, and activity challenges. It's awesome and is a great way to keep everyone entertained and connected!

What do you dislike about SpotMe?

I wish there was a better Leaderboard display so that you have more options to show it off in real-time.

What problems is SpotMe solving and how is that benefiting you?

There have been a few technical issues that have been looked into when it comes to live polling and showing the response. I was once in an event and it the responses did not populate in real-time which was awkward. But SpotMe has looked into that and it hasn't happened since.

What do you like best about SpotMe?

This was my first time using SpotMe and while it was a steep learning curve, there are great online tools to walk you through the different aspects of the backstage, event creation, and app. When I did come across problems that I couldn't find answers to in the online tools, I was able to get very swift assistance via the SpotMe chat tool. This was also helpful during the event itself.

What do you dislike about SpotMe?

It does require some comfort around digital products, codes, and a lot of time to get to grips with the many aspects to the backstage - but learning these will help you to make a great, personalised event.

What problems is SpotMe solving and how is that benefiting you?

How to conduct events to a global audience in a way that allows people from different timezones to catch up at a more convenient hour after the event is over.

What do you like best about SpotMe?

I have been using this platform dailiy for the past 12 months. It is a really easy to use platform for organizers. I like that it has a webapp version for final users; this version works great. Their customer support has helped me a lot before, during and after live events. You can keep your events on demand with one click! Mailing options are great and you can integrate with veeva.

What do you dislike about SpotMe?

There are some glitches in the app version for end users.

There are no pending issues, but SpotMe is continually evolving and adding useful features.
