"Record, transcribe and share meetings"
What do you like best about Spoke?

I've got Spoke integrated with my Google Calendar, so it automatically detects if there's a link in any of the events for either Zoom, Teams or Meet. I use Meet for my client meetings, so it automatically joins and records + transcribes the full thing. When I'm done, I can share the link for my client to watch the video again. I can even highlight parts of the transcript and just send a link to watch those highlights. This is perfect for getting clients to go back and watch just a specific part of the meeting without trying to find it. I also have it join webinars for me (if it's through one of the three video tools) so I don't need to watch it live with all of the fluff - I can go back and watch it later at 1.25 x, and read through the transcript to find the most meaningful parts; I condensed a 1.5 hour webinar to 30mins, which saved me a ton of time!

What do you dislike about Spoke?

The video quality isn't great, so don't use it if you want to record a meeting to later publish with a high quality image. It's nice that you can burn in the captions, but I wouldn't rely on it if you're wanting to publish anything at high quality. The Google Calendar integration also sometimes stops working properly, so I need to re-sync it once a month or so. It's annoying, but it is what it is.

What problems is Spoke solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Spoke to record all of my client meetings so I don't need to be bogged down writing copious file notes - I can just go back and watch the recording / read through the transcript. I also use it to record webinars held on one of the big 3 video platforms (Zoom, Teams and Meet). I send clients the recordings so they can go back and watch what was discussed rather than having to contact me for the info. Spoke lets me highlight and categorise sections of the meetings to make it easier for them to find what they're looking for as well.

"Pain Free!"
What do you like best about Spoke?

Spoke made it easy to take notes and organize them in real time. It's like having an assistant during the meeting. I can focus on the discussion, and quickly organize and follow up on action items and decisions.

What do you dislike about Spoke?

I like the opportunity to utilize different meeting templates. However, switching between meeting templates is a little cumbersome.

What problems is Spoke solving and how is that benefiting you?

I recently started a new position where I am regularly in meetings with multiple people. Before getting the opportunity to try out Spoke, I'd need to take a lot of notes and organize them afterward.

"Solid meeting recording solution with tools to make it easy to use"
What do you like best about Spoke?

The ease of use. Spoke in general is nothing more than a solution to recording and transcribe your meering, however, their tools, such as the Chrome extension that integrates seemlessly with Zoom and Google Meet and allows you to highlight specific moment with meeting templates is sublime. Also, the creation of meeting summaries, integration with your calendar to auto-invite the recorder and other nifty features make it simple to use and gain value from.

What do you dislike about Spoke?

Spoke might not have the flashiest of designs, but where it lacks there it makes up in functionality and nevermind the pricing, it's good. I guess the only thing I would like to improve is the ability to customize the recorder e.g. brand it for my company.

What problems is Spoke solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest problem that Spoke solves for me is not necessarily the transcribing of meetings, but the summaries that it makes. The summaries highlight the important topics of the meeting. Short of creating task lists for every person in the meeting it does a great job in helping focus on critical discussed topics and the people involved with each of them.

"The Meeting App That Lets You Pay Attention"
What do you like best about Spoke?

Easy to use: Spoke is straightforward and user-friendly. Once I schedule a meeting, it automatically joins and starts recording.

Time-saving: The automatic recording and transcription feature saves me a lot of time. I no longer need to take notes, and I can focus on the discussion at hand.

Organized: The summary of the meeting is sent to my inbox, which makes it easy to find and review later. I appreciate that the app keeps all my meeting information in one place.

What do you dislike about Spoke?

As the app automatically records and transcribes every meeting, it's important to ensure that all participants are aware of this feature and have given their consent to being recorded.

What problems is Spoke solving and how is that benefiting you?

Note-taking: Before using Spoke, I used to spend a lot of time taking notes during meetings, which distracted me from the discussion and sometimes caused me to miss important information. With Spoke's automatic recording and transcription, I no longer need to worry about taking notes, which has saved me a lot of time and stress.

Memory retention: Even when I did take notes, I sometimes found it challenging to remember everything that was discussed during the meeting. With Spoke's transcription feature, I can review the meeting afterward and ensure that I haven't missed anything.

"Effortlessly Record and Generate Meeting Minutes with Spoke.app and ChatGPT"
What do you like best about Spoke?

As someone who attends a lot of meetings, I am always looking for ways to streamline the process and make the most out of my time. That's why I was excited to try out Spoke.app, a meeting recording and minutes generator tool that utilizes ChatGPT to produce accurate and comprehensive meeting notes.

What I like best about Spoke.app is its ease of use. Once I connected the tool to my calendar, it automatically recorded and transcribed all of my meetings. I was able to easily review the recordings and notes after the fact to ensure I didn't miss any important information.

But what really sets Spoke.app apart from other meeting tools is the integration of ChatGPT. With this AI-powered language model, Spoke.app is able to generate meeting minutes that are not only accurate but also concise and easy to read. This feature has saved me so much time that I would have otherwise spent manually typing up notes or struggling to remember key points from the meeting.

What do you dislike about Spoke?

In terms of dislikes, I honestly can't think of anything significant. There may be some small hiccups in the transcription or minutes generation process, but the Spoke.app team is always quick to address any issues and improve the tool's functionality.

Overall, I highly recommend Spoke.app to anyone looking to make their meeting process more efficient and productive. With its seamless integration and AI-powered capabilities, Spoke.app has become an essential tool in my workday.

What problems is Spoke solving and how is that benefiting you?

Spoke.app is solving several problems that I've experienced in the past. First and foremost, it's addressing the issue of time. With Spoke.app, I no longer have to spend valuable time taking notes during meetings or typing up minutes afterward. This has allowed me to be more present in meetings, which in turn has made me a more active and engaged participant.

Spoke.app is also solving the problem of accuracy. When taking notes by hand or typing on a laptop, there's always the risk of missing important information or making errors in transcription. With Spoke.app, I can be confident that the recordings and generated notes are accurate, which is critical when it comes to recalling key decisions or action items from meetings.

Finally, Spoke.app is solving the problem of organization. With all of my meeting recordings and notes stored in one place, I no longer have to worry about digging through my email or various note-taking apps to find what I'm looking for. This has saved me a lot of time and stress, and has allowed me to stay on top of my work more effectively.

Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with Spoke.app and the benefits it's brought to my work life.

"You SPOKE and I listened! You had me at, hello."
What do you like best about Spoke?

***5 STARS***

Honestly, I could NOT live without it. Spoke saves me 15hrs+ a week of Admin time and has cut my research/usability testing data collection/analysis effort by 30%.

We use Spoke to record all our client meetings, research (from interviews to usability testing, and even 'how-to' videos for new team members.

The real-time transcription - available (to download/share) within minutes after you close your meeting, the ability to Search within the transcript(s) and across Spoke for words/phrases, and quick cut highlight videos are fantastic and are some of my favorite features!

What do you dislike about Spoke?

Looking forward to potential upgrades! Spoke.app is a growing company, and they do launch releases a few times a month, so it is not that I 'dislike' something... more like, I am really looking forward to...

1. The ability to upload mp4s and mp3s directly (instead of having to join a zoom meeting)

2. Ability to save a bunch of highlights from different videos and merge into one video

3. Ability to 'move' files from my Default workspace/folder vs 'copy' them to the folder

4. Sentiment analysis and frequency counts of tags (ie. words/phases) would be great

What problems is Spoke solving and how is that benefiting you?

Saves time and effort on:

- Creating/circulating client contact reports after meetings

- Documenting user feedback / interviews with customers

- Analysis of research findings

- Sharing How-To videos for new team members

"Very helpful application"
What do you like best about Spoke?

Spoke correctly transcribes speech and is very good at naming the various participants in a meeting. It works great!

What do you dislike about Spoke?

I am not aware of any downsides. One thing to be wonderful to have back - a feature that they had for months but has since been taken off the platform - the capability to upload prerecorded audio or video files and get back a transcript.

What problems is Spoke solving and how is that benefiting you?

It provides very accurate transcripts very quickly.

"Revolutionising My Podcast Interviews and Meetings"
What do you like best about Spoke?

It's intuitive, particularly with meeting summaries

Fast and saves time taking minutes

You get the video and the transcript

Can be repurposed in various formats

Minutes and notes are available straight away

I can use the transcript of the podcast interviews for the basis of blogs, books and posts

What do you dislike about Spoke?

Sometimes the note tacker takes time to pop up in the meeting. I find myself going in through the calendar - but then the pad or notetaker hasn't shown up at the very start, then I treat the meeting as bespoke and copy-paste the link to get the notetaker. And then sometimes end up with two notetakers ion the sam meeting when the calendar notetaker turns up.

What problems is Spoke solving and how is that benefiting you?

Podcast interview transcripts, meeting notes, and preparation of marketing material. I can repurpose the transcript, the audio, to make audiograms and also the video clips.
