Customers those who can't complete their purchase due to financial difficulties they can do it easily with splitit. There are endless benefits

I'm always a fan of great service, which Splitit has certainly provided with our complicated implementations, however, that's probably not what you're looking to read about here. Aside from excellent service, it's simply a great payment product that gives your customers the flexibility to pay over time, without hassle, credit checks and insane fees. Happy end customer = happy merchant (me). Everyone wins.

If I'd have filled this in a couple of months ago, it would have been the Splitit Magento 2 extension because it wasn't fit for purpose, so badly so we couldn't use it and had to build our own integration. However, that's now been rectified and we're incredibly happy with the complete overhaul they've done (listening to their customers' feedback, back to that service thing I mentioned earlier!). So the short answer, I've got nothing right now I don't like, does what it needs to do for us!

Biggest issue our customers have is being able to get credit, so being able to use their existing credit and paying over time without the insane credit card fees makes for happy customers, increasing revenue and all the other good stuff.

Ability to offer 0% financing with no fees for the consumer, with low merchant fees. Intuitive set-up and easy-to-use dashboard. Integration with Shopify and other eCommerce platforms.

Customer needs to have available credit on their credit card(s)

Some of our customers do not have the cash available to purchase our product at the time of delivery, and Splitit offers a simple solution to break up those payments over 12 or 18 months. The customer gets 0% interest with no fees, as long as they pay their monthly installments to their credit card company on time. The only fees or interest will be charged by their credit card company if the payments are not made on time. We pay a low service fee. But we are also protected since a hold is placed on the customer's credit card. Splitit is the only payment provider that made it possible for us to offer 0% financing to our customers with a low merchant fee!

We have had multiple customers who could not have purchased our product without Splitit, and we have improved our conversion rates and AOV.

I appreciate a lot their approach of putting a shopper in the center: all these flexible options of choosing a number of payments provide a real value. This means that people can purchase pretty expensive things without crashing their monthly budget.

It works only with credit card. On on hand, it is great that you can pay with your existing card. On the other hand, there are many people who don't have a credit card.
