We've been using Splashtop Business for over 10 years. It is a reliable and affordable product that allow me to share my computers with my remote employee. I also access my main business computer while I'm traveling. I marvel every day about how awesome this product works. I switched from gotomypc and I've never looked back.

I have no complaints about this product. It fits my needs and is so affordable!

Allows my remote employee to access our office computers from home. Allows myself to access my office computers from home on the weekends. We use a laptop with a local - not cloud based medical software program and Splashtop allows my staff, including myself, to access this computer remotely.

I like the ease of use and the value. It is easy to find a fairly priced and feature-rich option for my business. It takes the stress and guesswork out of working remotely.

I have had technical glitches usually due to firewall/security settings

I have a FT job where I occassionally need to remotely access my computer and a PT job that requires weekly access to a different computer and I use Splashtop for both! It is an all-encompassing solution for me.

Easy to install. Easy to use. Really Fast connection, no drag time. Priced for the little guy and occasional usage, with a more robust solution for more money.

One little feature that is available on the advanced level is being able to use multiple monitors. I do wish it was part of the lower priced package, as dual monitors are normal nowadays and everyone needs it, not just the robust users.

Don't waste anymore time with the others by overpaying. Fast, no lag time, easy to use is the reason Splashtop is such a success.

Access while traveling for business is critical. I can help people at work with questions that I normally would have to make them wait for. Allows me to lock down an ip for security reasons, to one location, and then I can still access that via splastop.

Simple to commence a remote session with ability to wake up computers and I can assign individual users to give support.

There is presently nothing that I don't like about Snapshot Business Access.

Enables me to connect to other machines fast and easily to do daily updates and system maintenance.

I dont have any issues remoting in to a client, even having to change the names if customer or computer changes. Just remember to change your computer name before installing the program, that was my beginning mistakes.

Not really any issues per say, the wake up feature was frustrating at first, wasn't sure if it was accurate, but seems to work, In the 2 years and some months of using it, none so far.

We have customers all over the United States, and just sometimes I can't drive 17 hours to goto New York and work on their pc, with Splashtop, I can use SOS to install it, then after setup, works no problem.

I like that it's straightforward, not confusing at all and never had an issue connecting to another computer. Sometimes when you connect to another computer there's network issues, but never had any with Splashtop.

I haven't found anything I didn't like about Splashtop. We've been using it for over a year and it's been great ever since.

Splashtop allows all members of the team to access remotely to the server, where we store large files. We store them in the server before we put them up in the cloud. We need to check the files first, and then upload them. We all work remotely, and having access to the server is very useful.

How simple and easy Splashtop is to install and use.

Honestly, nothing! It really is easy to use.

The ability to remote into my laptop in my office while I'm on the road traveling or seeing my Clients! Splashtop allows me to work from anywhere and at anytime.
