I have worked at two medium sized companies where we used Spiro. They are very much in tune with our manufacturing industry it seems and very easy to work with. Very powerful reporting tools and Great Value.
There are some minor things related to the graphical user interface, such as only displaying a certain amount of companies in a list (must use a 'next page' function to scroll through multiple pages).

The most helpful thing about Spiro has to be the reminder function. I love seeing an email pop up saying "Cody, you need to send that follow-up email to so and so." It really helps me keep track so no one falls through the cracks.
So, far I haven't had any issues with Spiro. It has performed everything I've needed and the team has been great in getting back to me with any questions I have.
