"Love using Spiro!"
What do you like best about Spiro?

The most helpful thing about Spiro has to be the reminder function. I love seeing an email pop up saying "Cody, you need to send that follow-up email to so and so." It really helps me keep track so no one falls through the cracks.

What do you dislike about Spiro?

So, far I haven't had any issues with Spiro. It has performed everything I've needed and the team has been great in getting back to me with any questions I have.

What problems is Spiro solving and how is that benefiting you?

Spiro is mainly keeping me focused on the top priority of people I said I would get back to. Before Spiro, I used to make a note on a sticky note, and it would get misplaced or thrown away before I could complete the task.

This is a hard question. Every time I find something I dislike, I let Spiro know and they seem to be able to fix it.

What do you like best about Spiro?

Spiro is a very intuitive system. I have it linked to my email server, and it logs communications appropriately and enters new contacts into my CRM system automatically.

What do you dislike about Spiro?

There are no major downsides that I have experienced. The team at Spiro has done a great job customizing a solution for our company. Some of the features might be a little unstreamlined at first, but the team has done a great job of making continued improvements to streamline quoting and customer management tools.

What problems is Spiro solving and how is that benefiting you?

Spiro has helped our organization share customer information more thoroughly. Sharing opportunities and tasks is simple in Spiro, and the management team has full insight into daily activities and opportunities. It saves a lot on reporting for us. It also incorporates a quoting tool which has helped us standardize our quoting and proposal process companywide.

Very easy to implement. Great acceptance by our outside sales force.

Has not been so easy to integrate with our ERP software.

They made us the best quoting tool ever. We are a "configure to order" manufacturing firm and have thousands of configurations possible,

What do you like best about Spiro?

I have worked at two medium sized companies where we used Spiro. They are very much in tune with our manufacturing industry it seems and very easy to work with. Very powerful reporting tools and Great Value.

What do you dislike about Spiro?

There are some minor things related to the graphical user interface, such as only displaying a certain amount of companies in a list (must use a 'next page' function to scroll through multiple pages).

What problems is Spiro solving and how is that benefiting you?

We're no longer trying to piece together old emails to find information on customers. Spiro makes working opportunities much more organized.

The AI Assistant helps keep me on task daily and allows me to set up additional items to be remembered down the road.

I would like to see the return of page navigation for my contacts. I put them in alphabetical order, and sometimes I need to jump pages ahead, and it is time-consuming to press the up arrow for each page.
