What do you like best about Spiky?

I migrated to Spiky from Otter and use it daily.

It's really easy to use. I appreciate the comprehensive feature set, from sentiment analysis to a mapping of attention during calls.

I am a big fan of their customer support, I'd say it's unparalleled.

What do you dislike about Spiky?

The only thing I would like is being able to export the transcript as word docs, not just as a pdf, which I brought up with their team and I understand is going to be feature soon.

What problems is Spiky solving and how is that benefiting you?

Spiky follows me around all my calls, it automatically connects to whichever video software I am using and send me a summary of what was said on the call, which is super helpful and helps me stay organized.

Spiky is a powerful tool that helps you analyze and summarize each meeting. It drives and keeps people engaged and help to prepare the follow up meetings with important insights from the previous ones. Also, it's seemless integration makes it easy to use and adopt.

What do you like best about Spiky?

Spikey has replaced us from taking notes during calls and allows us to focus on the calls now. It is also a great training tool for our sales team as we can review pitches and pick areas to focus in on

What do you dislike about Spiky?

Its a bit more expensive than competitiors but you get what you pay for. We tried otter and fireflies and didn't see any value.

What problems is Spiky solving and how is that benefiting you?

The transcription is amazingly accurate so that's a plus and helpful right there. If you are focused on taking notes as a salesperson, you are not as attentive as you should be in reading the room.

We also use this post-call for me to review how our salespeople are doing on calls.

What do you like best about Spiky?

Being able to depend on Spiky to take notes on the meetings that I go to is so essential for me because I am able to come back and break the call down and extract the most valuable info I need to prepare for my next meetings.

One standout feature that I absolutely love is the summary and next steps feature. After each meeting, Spiky helps me distill the key points and action items, making it effortless to organize my thoughts and prioritize tasks. This feature alone has saved me countless hours and improved my overall productivity.

Providing more comprehensive tutorials or tooltips within the application could help users maximize their experience right from the start.

What problems is Spiky solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am a campaign specialist, and my days are filled with numerous meetings with campaigners. Listening to their opinions and transforming their campaign subjects into compelling content is a significant part of my role. Managing these interactions and the wealth of information exchanged during these meetings used to be a challenge until I started using Spiky as my go-to meeting analysis tool.

What do you like best about Spiky?

I use Spiky.ai for a while now and I love the tool. Not only can I see team's activities, but I get a summary of what has been said and agreed. Important is to see the summaries and action items, what has been agreed on next steps. That enables me to coach sales reps accordingly and analyse calls in greater depth, improving their performance. A tool better than anything else I have seen and tested on the market.

What do you dislike about Spiky?

The language support isn't there yet but it's on the roadmap.
