This is a great tool for auto-editing clips out of videos and stream. Event supports very accurate auto-captions.

I'm impressed by the spot-on auto captions, and the AI editing elevates this product to a whole new level.

I paid for an annual subscription to be cost effective, and at the beginning it did well.
Now the software will provide an average of ten clips each time, but only provide titles, descriptions and hashtags for three or four.
All the rest of the clips are missing those elements (which is what I pay them to do) and gives me an error that says "this clip may contain profanity."
FIRST - I do not use profanity EVER and
SECOND - even if I did, that is my first amendment right, to speak as I choose.
There is NO WAY TO CONTACT TECH SUPPORT OR ATTEMPT TO GET THIS FIXED!!
I will not be renewing when the annual renewal comes up.

Paid for it monthly canceled my subscription and they still charging me bs scammers…

Scam. Made me sign up and didn’t even generate me 1 clip like I was advertised it would… legal action will be persued if I do not get my clip like I was supposed to. False advertisement is a real crime at the expense of consumers like myself… Complete scam site just a detail harvester won’t give you nothing but will take everything it possibly can, all your details card info etc

I wanted to use the new years offer. In the beginning my account only made problems because it didn’t recognize that I’m a pro member. I wrote the support and he tried to help. In the end I needed to pay the normal product price (with a small discount for the first month, they told me it would be lifetime so they lied.) and after I paid, no reaction from the support anymore and nothing. It’s like, they help you until they get your money. At least something but only worth 2 stars in my opinion. The feature itself is ok. You can’t really edit the clips, lots of features are only „available in the future“ and it has a lot of bugs. I thought I pay for a full usable and customizable program. All in all, maybe they’re useful someday. But I think they need 2-3 years and meanwhile you can learn how to cut yourself and make it way better like I did. It did cost me 2 months but it was worth it.

If you just need a simple solution, try out the „free minutes“ and see if you’re satisfied, if so buy a small package because it’s more than enough. For me the whole experience wasn’t satisfying.

You know what? I don’t know why but I came back to this review today. I’ve read the first review from Bernardo, telling „the support is amazing“… he is the support! He is one of the team and I thought it’s forbidden for them to write a review here… I bet the other 5star ones are team members as well. So this is probably a scam. Don’t trust them and most importantly don’t give them money, they’re lying. If you don’t believe me, go to the spikes studio discord and look at the chat. You’ll see one name very often. 😉

Sad to see, I really thought they have potential. World full of scams. But I’ll never give up. Hope you’re doing too!
