I have been using this platform for two months and am easily weaving through statements and answering questions about opportunities found within the Salesforce integration. The ability to answer tickets, communicate via approvals, navigate and upload statements and history is amazing. We use Spiff on a daily basis, and the customer support is astounding. If we want to see a change, the Spiff team will reach out and make sure it comes next in the pipeline
Maybe the least helpful things are just certain kinks. For example, we have a number of months we work with, but we would like to see previous months completely locked down and archived, so the data within those months is not accidentally tampered with and/or manipulted in some way, where we must go back and fix the variance(s)

Spiff is a fantastic, flexible ICM platform. It offers a lot of control and power to administrators.
There are some parts of the platform that require Spiff's support team's help to use, like setting statement period dates and deleting data.
We have 800 users, and we used to have 800 separate spreadsheets. We can now consolidate and control that process through a single tool. This makes the compensation calculation process a lot more scalable.

We are able to work more closely to the sales team to close in on more accurate commission data, accounting solutions, and Salesforce integrations. Fantastic customer support from the Spiff team, answering any of our questions and concerns we have with the platform. We utilize spiff on a daily basis, answering tickets and chasing approvals from our sales team, leaders and accounting team.
We have had some pushback from our sales leaders about the implementation of Spiff in their approval routines. Mainly, they are concerned with the amount of data they must sift through all at once in order to fully approve those are their team (which can be up to 40 members) . They want to be able to confirm their team's statements without having to see their statement at a granular level
Spiff is solving our ability to communicate with the sales team. Instead of having to individually break down plans for members, we have an application dashboard that can more easily answer questions they may have about what opportunities they are included in and how they are being compensated

With Spiff in place, I can instantly see my commissions for previous, current, and future months at one glance! Spiff eliminates the guesswork- it syncs with Salesforce, so there is no discrepency! What a difference from using hard to read and understand excel spreadsheets!

Since I'm just coming on board, I don't have anything negative yet- I am very impressed with SPIFF, and I truly appreciate how easy it has made my commission reviews. I would like to see a year's worth of commission if possible (i.e. I can't see DEC 2023 yet, but i know i have a deferred commission there). Otherwise, this is amazing!
Update FEB 2024: Still no dislikes- this is an organized, easy to use solution!
Commission Review is solved. Instead of spending grueling hours trying to understand a spreadsheet, I click on SPIFF, and instantly I see my commissions, deferrals, etc. SPIFF simplifies the commission report, and allows me to devote more time to sales.
