It is easy to see dats in multiple formats, including raw data and easy to filter charts.

Data refresh time is fast and accurate. It appears to be faster and more flexible than others.

There are lots of feeds that we have to manage and send to SpendHQ. It would be good to automate this more regularly so the data volume is not so large at one transfer.

SpendHQ helps us to quickly see our spend by location, business, supplier, type of spend etc. It gives us one place to see all our data for all spend over an extensive period.

Our internal data requires some manual effort on the front end to ensure the upload to SpendHQ is clean and provides actionable insights. For the most part, that is an internal challenge we need to address and our recent ERP implementation will help tremendously with that work. We anticipate Cost center level data from SpendHQ will point our team to areas of opportunity more quickly and allow us to identify critical stakeholders for decision-making.

SpendHQ provides consolidates our spend information across multiple, nearly independent entities. We are able to see a broader picture of our spend and maximize leverage as the corporate organization enters contracts, collaborates on software solutions across, and works to rationalize spend.

the system is designed in a very elaborate way. One can see the deals in pipeline, more opportunities and deals in negotiations.

I have not been using it very long to dislike anything yet

The process of procuring things and people was difficult and had too many people involved which was messy but this has streamlined it.

Its easy to use. Its easy to set up and the price was right. The implementation team was also very good.

Its a powerful engine so lots to unpack. I just started to use this month so will likely take me several months to unlock all the features.

Spend data enhancement allows me to pull spend by supplier and by cost center so i can see who is spending what with my major suppliers. I also signed up for the supplier diversity scrub which was very helpful.

The ability to quickly consolidate raw, unstructured data from multiple sources for rapid analysis and click-through reporting. This makes for an extremely compelling speed-to-value business case.

I wish they would spend more time enhancing the user experience for the more simple, casual user within procurement. Not everyone lives and breathes spend analysis all day so having a simpler UI for some basic use cases would likely drive more internal adoption.

Spend data can be in separated data silos with infrequent updates, messy categorisation, e.g. the same supplier being entered 9 different ways in the ERP! Spend HQ can sit on top of that mess, use logic to convert it into meaningful insight that works not only as a one-off but from that moment onwards with the AI and learning to consistently clean up the bad data.

The new analytics dashboard is very easy to use and allows you to keep track of changes in the spend, overall, and in specific areas. Customer service is always amazing.

It will be useful to have more ways to play with the graphs and the way that you export the dashboards

It's really useful to analyze spend across the company, resolving the problem of capturing the spend in one location regardless of the resource where the spend was captured.

The implementation was well planned. From the start their team helped us collect, normalize and categorize our data from multiple sources. Everything was then automated; making refreshes a cinch. Beyond that, the platform works great, they're all about providing value-adds and the team is responsive, professional and easy to work with.

There's nothing I particularly dislike about their platform, but a disadvantage is that their platform doesn't seamlessly integrate into an end to end source-pay system like some other platforms do.

Currently, they are helping us to improve data categorization accuracy and build category strategy dashboards for the purposes of identifying additional savings and tracking compliance.

The platforms gives my sourcing leaders direction on where we have the largest opportunity for impact. To understand the sub-categories that may have to many suppliers or where the spend is not being managed or even where a trend with a supplier has variation.

The time it takes at the end of a period prior to reporting being available.

We are constantly looking for new and better ways to customize reports. This is an advantage with SpendHQ, it has the flexibility to customize as needed. So you will always be looking for a new way to utilize the data to identify something new.
