Sometimes, the search function can be quirky, but you'll get where you're going. This may be because our organization isn't effectively naming "speks".
Single source of truth for sales processes, new product information and the like. If there is a question, I usually respond to new hires with "There's a spek for that".
Spekit is an excellent sales enablement tool for several reasons. First, making edits and creating speks is easy on both the website and the integration. Content also goes live instantly after hitting "publish" - no long wait times for updates to go live! Speks are customizable - links, images, and PDFs are all included. Notifications and "Spotlights" can also be customized - this is especially helpful when a new process is put in place. Finally, Spekit is very unobtrusive on the browser interface. Speks are easy to find but don't take over the whole screen.
Overall, I enjoy using Spekit. However, I would suggest updating the spek editor to allow admins to paste images from the clipboard. It can be tedious to save screenshots and upload them from a library every time I want to add an image to a spek.
Spekit is helping our Sales Enablement team reinforce new processes, tools and concepts. Speks are integrated into our sales tools to provide quick and easy access to definitions, use cases, and documentation/training recordings. It is much easier for our teams to hover over and click into speks than it is for them to search for enablement tools in our company's large document library.

I love that I can upload all my quoting process and training videos so that it's easily accessible to our sales team. Spekit has cut down on repeat questions and allowed me to regain this time to focus on other areas and tasks.

Speks are a wonderful way of delivering engageable content right where you want. Easy to create, and to update, it allows my users to better understand what they have to do (or not to do) on a given field, or on an Opportunity stage.
If you are creative you can enrich the content in a very powerful way, that is attractive for user.
I frequently use the Spotlight functionality to widely share communications with the fields, and being able to see who engaged or who snoozed the notification, is really helpful. Also, I can correctly target my audience and where (which SF object) I want my notification to be displayed.
The UI has still need some improvements, but the you can see that the team is continuously working on that topic.
I miss an index or summary functionality on speks for the users. For example, is somehow difficult to guide a user through all the speks indicating what to read first, and what to read next.
Being available only on Chrome, I have to constantly keep an eye on those non-chrome users as they are missing the fun.

I love the amount of time that Spekit saves me as an operations professional from answering the same question over and over again. It also has greatly improved our tech stack adoption and ensured that reps are adhering to our processes.
Absolutely nothing! Love all the functionality of the tool. Only recommendation would be to have some kind of connector for Confluence that so that I can easily sync documentation back and forth
