What do you like best about Spectrm?

Spectrm provides great assistance throughout the projects. They work solution-oriented and are always available for questions. They are open to feedback, but also bring very good ideas themselves. With a lot of energy and full commitment from all people involved.

What do you dislike about Spectrm?

For the first contact with Spectrm I would have liked a better, more detailed onboarding. I am a very visual person and always need lots of examples because I find the idea of a chatbot very abstract. During the cooperation, however, all questions were quickly clarified and I felt very supported by the team.

What problems is Spectrm solving and how is that benefiting you?

Spectrm has found an exciting approach to get in touch with potential customers. Even if the implemented use case was not yet the right one for my purposes, I'm sure we'll find a way to use their services in the future.

What do you like best about Spectrm?

The platform is highly intuitive and well designed. Its interface allows anyone to easily code a chatflow. The team is also great and always available to assist in any matter.

What do you dislike about Spectrm?

From time to time the platform would become rather slow and it might take longer to load.

What problems is Spectrm solving and how is that benefiting you?

Social media hasn't been profitable to sustain for us as a company. With the e-commerce chatbot on Meta platforms, we've pushing to enhance conversion both on organic and sponsored content.

What do you like best about Spectrm?

It's an excellent team that is reliable responsive, and has an outstanding expertise. They immediately understood our needs and delivered an exceptional chatbot which helped us connect better with our audience.

Despite the very short timeline, the team has remained flexible to our demands and ideas - I couldn't have asked for a better team to work with. Our chatbot has seen some tremendous growth and this has been a great learning opportunity overall. Massive shout out to Elsie Poser and Nathalia Saliba for their endless dedication, expertise, and kindness. Thank you!

What do you like best about Spectrm?

I love the people on the Spectrm team they are very friendly and organized. They answer all our doubts and questions and work with us in a very collaborative way so we can achieve our company goals for the project. The product itself is very cool and gives a very dynamic experience to the users. The platform from what I have see also provides many tools for customization of the chat bot which can be very useful for what we want to achieve.

What do you dislike about Spectrm?

I don't have anything bad to say at this time.

What problems is Spectrm solving and how is that benefiting you?

We haven't fully implemented the project just yet but we already see that it is a more reliable and creative product than others in the market that our company has used before. There are many different options for the engagement of our customers.
