The platform is highly intuitive and well designed. Its interface allows anyone to easily code a chatflow. The team is also great and always available to assist in any matter.
From time to time the platform would become rather slow and it might take longer to load.

Spectrm provides great assistance throughout the projects. They work solution-oriented and are always available for questions. They are open to feedback, but also bring very good ideas themselves. With a lot of energy and full commitment from all people involved.
For the first contact with Spectrm I would have liked a better, more detailed onboarding. I am a very visual person and always need lots of examples because I find the idea of a chatbot very abstract. During the cooperation, however, all questions were quickly clarified and I felt very supported by the team.
Spectrm has found an exciting approach to get in touch with potential customers. Even if the implemented use case was not yet the right one for my purposes, I'm sure we'll find a way to use their services in the future.
