De mobiele app is zo ontzettend makkelijk, dat iedereen het kan gebruiken. We were in the process of designing our own App, when we first became acquainted with Speakap. All the framework was completed and our participation was essentially plug and play. The Speakap team helped to bridge our existing complicated communication system to interface well with their integration process. The application is easy to use, and we look forward to significanty improved communications with our field personnel, as we gain greater engagement.

We are investigating possibilities for getting the app added to the public section of the App store. Additionally, they are developing onboarding tools. Although it is good that opportunities will exist and creating an environment for onboarding that allows users to readily access training and information.

Our business is also transient, so to differentiate ourselves from our competitors we use Speakap to break down the wall between management and employee. The transparency is unparalleled with the app, and we have seen an increase in culture, inclusivity and retention from our workforce.
Speakap is continually evolving and they have new innovations releasing all the time. We are only scratching the surface of what we can do with this app, so it is difficult to say that it has any downsides.
It first tackles the problem of communication between headquarters and the field. Due to the nature of the work, construction companies often create strife between office and field as though they do not exist on the same level. Using Speakap we continue to destroy this notion and prove that the best teams work together at every turn, and that's what makes us successful. Our upper management and even our owners can chime in directly to our field team using this app, and those small moments make a huge difference when it comes to company pride, employee retention and overall employee success.
The team is very helpful and incredibly responsive. My boss comes up with new ideas and features to add to our profile almost daily and they have always entertained these ideas with kindness and attentiveness. Along with that, our employees have raved about the use of the app and how easy it is to navigate. Speakap has been a huge hit for our company!
Probably the only dislike about Speakap is the cost. The 3-month billing cycles equal quite a bit of money for an app that everyone just uses for fun content and not a necessary communication tool within a company.
