I have used a lot of natural language processing applications, including OpenAI's platform, Bing AI & Google Bard, etc. Those tools can be great for finding information on the web, but they are limited in their ability to analyze large samples of data that may have been produced via a meeting transcript, community survey or other source. Speak AI fills this gap wonderfully with tools to automatically analyze meeting transcripts and import survey data. Our organization was able to distill insights from a community survey in minutes, when previously it would have taken hours or days.
Speak AI is a growing platform with new features being added all the time. That can sometimes create a learnign curve, but after the fantastic customer service I received from their team, I feel confident that any new features will always be accompanied by the guiding hand of their support team and documentation to make for a very user friendly experience.
Speak AI has solved the problem of analyzing open-ended survey responses. Our organization often seeks feedback from the community we serve, and that feedback is often provided in the form of multiple paragraphs which can be difficult to digest when dealing 100+ responses. Speak AI's platform is able to analyze that feedback quickly, and gives us the ability to ask natural language questions of the data, like "How do people feel about initiative A versus initiative B?" The responses are succinct, eloquent, and backed up with quotes and references from the responses being analyzed.
Speak is a phenomenal tool, and the quality of the product is also reflected in the kindness of Speak's team. The tool is excellent for transcription and analysis. It is fast and easy to use, and it quickly became an essential resource for me. I use it after every virtual event I facilitate to analyze key takeaways, participant sentiment, and notable soundbytes.
The only downside of Speak is that I don't have more videos to transcribe! I love using this tool.

All is good in Speak. But still there are some loopholes which need to be fixed.

The recorder feature, and the ability to embed a recorder on sites... and user-friendliness on mobile is a game changers for me. I needed a solution to connect a remote team to our boots on the ground and deliver information to that team in a way that was clear and easy to understand, as they had to analyze real estate that they have never and will never personally see. Speak made that possible.
To date, I have nothing really to say about Speak that I dislike. I will come back to update the review as needed. I had trouble understanding the subscription plans to begin with, however, I was making it more complicated than what it needed to be.
I own a real estate team. This platform, and using their magic prompt automation within the platform, combined with the zapier integration .. has allowed me to eliminate one entire job from my staff... which included the requirement for them to drive to a property and be physically present, to spend about an hour making notes, driving back to the office, transcribing their notes into a form and turning that into specific data points, then taking their data points and crafting a narrative for sales and marketing purposes. This usually would take hours across several days... and would require them to be on three different platforms to complete the job. With Speak AI, I am recording a free-form narrative where I just talk about the property and mention everything I see. That's it. 5 minutes. The rest of the work is automated, using their automation, and then sending those results to various other platforms that I use to get that data where it needs to go through zapier. What took several hours across a week's time.. now is completed end to end in about 10 minutes.
I imagined what could be possible, and found that it was possible within Speak AI. I have used chat to chat with support about some questions, and their support is very responsive. The dashboard is intuitive and easy to use. I feel like I have only scratched the surface. I was able to build and test proof of concept during the trial period and am now a subscriber. The pricing and plans are highly customizable to be able to satisfy a wide range of needs.
Quick and easy to set up and use, great customer service with prompt responses to my questions, provided a discount for non-profit organizations, secure data storage in Canada, flexible and customizable plans so you only pay for what you need, and I can easily pause the subscription when not in use.
I haven't noticed any issues with the platform so far.

This is an incredibly robust product. The brains behind it are working diligently to embrace AI and automation tied to the use of AI. Updates are frequent and well-delivered.
Speak's greatest strength beyond the exceptional quality of the product is the customer service. In an industry where powering CS with AI is easier (and cheaper) than using real people, Speak has chosen to rely on the human factor. This means that their CS is responsive--especially to nuanced questions and situations.

the transcription process for hebrew (the only language i tested) is not immediate and takes abount 45 seconds.

They give support through whatssapp for our clients but sometimes clients use recorded audio for support requests. we wanted to make it as seamless as possible for the representatives without the needing to ask for clients for a written version of their audio message.
It's easy to use, and I can actually get in contact with the team behind the product. As I understand it they work out of USA, which means there can be a few hours response time for me, working in Europe. That's ok though, since it's valueable to be able to speak to a real human if there are questions the FAQ can't answer.
So far I haven't really noticed any huge drawbacks. Transcribing long audiofiles do take some time - maybe 30 minutes for a 50 min conversation. Still that's way better than any human can manage.
The product helps med transcribe meetings which helps me structure and focuse my workflow. Instead of having to remember the important key-point, I have all the information avaliable.
