SpatialChat is a fun platform for virtual meetings!

What do you like best about SpatialChat?

SpatialChat provides a virtual space where you can meet with friends or co-workers. My favorite feature is that you can share the room, and the volume in the conversation will amplify or reduce as you get closer or further respectively. You can also share your screen, or a video that will play like if it were in a screen.

What do you dislike about SpatialChat?

In general I like the tool very much and I believe it's well made. But I wish I had a better understanding of how the data is used and how secure the platform is. E.g., if I'm meeting with co-workers, I'd be thinking of what information we share through the tool.

Recommendations to others considering SpatialChat?

Review the privacy policy to make sure that it meets your requirements. And if so, have fun, it's a great product!

What problems is SpatialChat solving and how is that benefiting you?

I'm looking for a way to meet virtually or remotely, especially for distributed teams, and for teams that can't meet when there are travel restrictions. Some extra benefits I've realized include that this platform is original and fun. I love the feel and touch and the fact that breakout rooms can happen in the same room without interfering with each other. Anyone can move closer to other groups which would be the equivalent of leaving a breakout room and joining a new one.

Perfect for Virtual Office

What do you like best about SpatialChat?

We moved to Spatial at the beginning of the pandemic and started using it for 3 purposes: 1. virtual office; 2. showroom for our projects; and 3. training room. It was an amazing way to keep the team connected and bring clients to meet us.

What do you dislike about SpatialChat?

And now, with the new Grid functionality, the solution has become amazing because it allows informal get-togethers and more formal meetings with clients.

Recommendations to others considering SpatialChat?

Hummm... The communication radius between people could be a little smaller, allowing a little more privacy in conversations.

What problems is SpatialChat solving and how is that benefiting you?

Some management features are missing, such as user view control and tool usage report

This is the best platform for bringing the magic of a IRL event into the virtual world (lots of possibilities)

Hoping there will soon be a better music integration feature - we will often include a dance party room!

I work for a virtual school and SpatialChat is our preferred platform for big dances like prom and homecoming.

A transformative virtual experience

What do you like best about SpatialChat?

I like to see how people get amazed by the experience. For me it was transformative: an before and an after. I don't want to use "zoom" or "meet" or please not "teams" not ever never again.

What do you dislike about SpatialChat?

Participation is the key word: I love the way you can interact with other people. It looks like you are organizing an event so similar to the real life but online.

Recommendations to others considering SpatialChat?

I don't want to get back to the other platforms , it became dull. Spatialchat the innovative my company NETI is an innovation consultancy firms its suit us, goes with our way of doing things. Rebel, fun , colorfull !!!

What problems is SpatialChat solving and how is that benefiting you?

People with a fixed mindset have trouble adapting to the platform. If your participants don't have a playful and joyful personalities, you will find that it is hard to get things done. Advice: prepare your team with some tricks to smooth the adaptation to the platform for grumpy people.

What do you like best about SpatialChat?

I love how Spatialchat makes everything so real. Virtual events are as warm as in-person events with this platform. I love it.

I would love it to be for free. Anyway, I understand the decision.

During the pandemic, we wanted to create virtual events but it was kind of boring. When we met SpatialChat everything changed.

Spatial Chat is very inventive and clever for the new world we live in

What do you like best about SpatialChat?

Spatial chat is amazing, I teach 1-1 sessions and it means that all of my students are able to use the same link and sit at different areas while I am with other students and then when it is there time they can come over. Perfect for this and makes my work a lot easier

There is nothing about spatial chat that I dislike

My experience with SpatialChat in workshops or with Family chats are fantastic!

What do you like best about SpatialChat?

It looks like real life. People meet and listen to others if they are closer. I share presentations, and I do like to have a music point.

What do you dislike about SpatialChat?

That people forget to put micro OFF if they were at zoom. I dislike not having money for using more rooms with the possibility of sharing audio; but it is not a problem from Spatial Chat.

What problems is SpatialChat solving and how is that benefiting you?

Create trust, to make decisions happen in a good environment. I am not benefiting financially; but I would like to. It is a good way to make people feel happy and to go from one site to another.
