The staff always enjoys a little competition so this helps them achieve that.

I'm still learning my in's ans out's can't say i've had a bad experience.

The goal of finally having a space for my employees to compete with all of our locations and earn rewards for being the highest seller, it really improves their confidence.

My employees all love SparkPlug because they are able to have a friendly competition and earn $$ at the same time! It definantly is a great way to push products in stores and the employees love earning the comission!

I wish Sparkplug was an actual app that managers and employees were able to utilize.

Products that have been sitting in the store are being pushed out faster due to the compensation offered through Sparkplug!

The incentives help our budtenders make our customers aware of new product. It's great for getting new products noticed. Employees also love seeing the progress they make with their sales. It's user friendly, and the customer service side has always been top tier. Collecting the intensives is easy as well.

I wish more vendors would get involved. Would be great to have more incentives.

I love how responsive they are whenever I reach out they are always quick at helping with whatever we need. Our team has really enjoyed the services they provide to incentivze them throughout their shifts. Super easy for our team to use and has a lot of great features such as reminder texts sent to employees to keep them engaged in the current Spark for their store.

Wish we had more vendors using SparkPlug!

They are helping us stay on top of our team's efforts in maximizing their average ticket potential by helping to incentivize the team with vendors who use SparkPlug. Our team is very responsive to anything that helps them make more in their day financially and SparkPlug is great at providing this by working with vendors we carry.

It's ease of usability. How it drives our KPIs. The support we get from Erin and all of our Help Desk reps like Lyza, Cieryl, Kelsey, Angeli, & more!

How long it takes to load. Really bogs down for the Guest Advisors. That you can't export. Wish you could go store by store and look at results on the dashboard for Sparks.

Helping drive basket size and moving inventory in our stores. Helping us get brands in front of the Guest Advisors to drive products that need to be sold.

I like that the app allows budtenders to connect with vendors and get rewarded for it. Win win

Sparkplug gives every budtender an opportunity to make their own commission. It's a huge asset to the business as well as the individual.
