Packs a ton of features into their application. Continually being improved by a really enthusiastic team of developers. Easy to navigate, create, and deploy with lots of options. Frequently being updated with a full documentation of improvements and new features. Integrates with Slack.

Not much to dislike. More integrations with apps like Mailchimp and more control over the templates would be nice to have. Reporting is adequate, but needs more drill-down options.

Try to overcome the learning curve. It's definitely worth it.

Easily deploy surveys to lists of customers or circulate the survey anonymously. Customers respond to the surveys and give us the feedback we depend on.

Could be a little bit cheaper, but for huge company’s its an fair price.

Then with the pricing as compared to some of the competitors, it's a no brainer.

Customization options (confirmed they're in queue w/ development). Some small areas are a little restricted on what can be changed but sounds like those options are in the pipe line.

Collecting data from our customers via a great tool that offers all of the functionality that we were looking for. Also didn't need to dump a ton of time into system owners or training as it was incredibly easy to grasp and run with.

SparkChart is a powerful survey platform. When you need strong analysis after collecting responses, SparkChart is the tool to use. Designed from the ground up with post-response-gathering analysis in mind, there are many features for slicing & dicing the data and then *selectively* presenting the results out to different audiences.

SparkChart surveys could be more visually engaging. This will undoubtedly come with time, but at the moment this is a weakness.

Do you do response segmentation? Do you dive deep to ask "Those who answered this question this way, and that question that way, how did they answer the other questions?" Do you want or need to go beyond just "X% says Yes"?

If you thought Yes to any of the above, SparkChart is an amazing platform to use.

When I need to collect responses from a varied audience intending to slice & dice the responses/respondents into categories based on their responses, this is my favorite tool to use.

Spark chart is a very flexible survey system. Every aspect of the survey is customisable - from the written content end-users see to the ways in which they can access surveys (anonymous or named). And it manages to do all of this while still being easy to use. I have launched simple surveys in minutes and more complex surveys in just a few hours. Most of the work is done for you. Spark Chart also generates high-quality, shareable reports that clearly visualise the data. Spark Chart is also being regularly updated with new features and innovations.

I don't have any dislikes. However, I am looking forward to the more complex data reporting features that are in development and will be released soon.

Spend a bit of time with it. Use the support tutorials and/or contact support if you need to. Within a short space of time, you will be able to run really useful surveys that look professional and provide great information for making decisions.

Feedback from customers about services we have delivered. Spark Chart works like a dream for this. Incredibly easy to use (and I have used a number of other survey systems in the past). Also, climate surveys for clients. Again, very powerful and very easy to set it up the way we wanted. We have received very high response rates from end-users. Our clients are very satisfied.
