With Sotrender, a junior team member can generate a customized, pretty advanced report in under 10 minutes. It's incredibly user-friendly.

It meets all the requirements for the project I've been using it for, and I can't think of anything it lacks.

Ability to generate quick reports that allow verification of data an over the past months

The biggest advantage of using Sotrender is that we have access to all our social media data stored under one roof. And now there is also LinkedIn analytics available, which is great.

It’s also very convenient that all the metrics are unified - no matter if we want to track FB, IG or TT data - they are presented and explained in the same way. Even junior employees don’t have troubles with analyzing them.

There happen to be some authorization issues, but we used to have them in other tools as well.

It helps us save time on aggregating data and then analyzing them. We can draw conclusions faster as the data are visualized on various graphs & we’re able to adjust our strategy more quickly.

The most useful in Sotrender is access to many data such as user activity on a given profile. It's also great that the website offers to check statistics from earlier periods, e.g. a year or two back. A great tool for analyzing the data needed for scientific work.

I don't think there's anything I don't like about Sotrender. Everything is clear and easy to use. I'm glad that I had opportunity to try Sotrender and I will recommend it to everyone.

The tool itself is easy to use and contains a lot of insightful statistics that make it easy to control all social media activities - both organic and advertising, which is rare in analytical tools. What I like most is the reporting. The agency's clients care a lot about receiving reliable reports. SoTrender's reports are very accurate and comprehensive, described in such a way that a client not involved in marketing can understand them. It is difficult to find any opposing sides to using the SoTrender tool. Even if there are technical problems, they are very quickly explained and fixed, so I don't consider it a negative side.
