What do you like best about SOS Inventory?

I was able to access inventory and complete orders anywhere. I mainly liked the fact that even when I was traveling I had an instant connection to stock levels in real time.

What do you dislike about SOS Inventory?

Unfortunately, we we're unable to calculate an actual cost for one of our main products with import duties and shipping attached to it upon receiving.

What problems is SOS Inventory solving and how is that benefiting you?

SOS Inventory helped us become more agile in our day to day business. The features and traceability of products were key to our daily operations.

What do you like best about SOS Inventory?

SOS Inventory constitutes more than everything an ERP system is expected to have. I love how duplicate entries are eliminated, saving a lot of time and effort. Also, they have done a commendable job in creating awesome interfaces across desktop, mobile and tablet.

What do you dislike about SOS Inventory?

The only drawback I found is that the software takes a lot of time to implement customized changes. It would be great if the downtime during updates were reduced.

What problems is SOS Inventory solving and how is that benefiting you?

SOS Inventory provides a one-stop solution for all resource and finance management-related problems. The best thing is that it is getting better with time. Compatibility with Quickbooks makes life easier in every way possible.

Great software for Inventory Management.

What do you like best about SOS Inventory?

I have used this software in my previous organization, and I find this is the best software for Inventory Management. It can be integrated with lots of other software of websites.

What do you dislike about SOS Inventory?

There is no such thing that can be disliked in this software, but the only issue I faced while using it was when there were thousands of SKUs in the software and you tried to export the report; sometimes, the information was limited in numbers.

What problems is SOS Inventory solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is well integrated with other software like Shopify, Amazon FBA etc., and provides accurate stock on hand whenever needed. It will fulfill all your inventory management need.

The ability to choose FIFO/LIFO or basic make it easy for accounting and to sync with ERP system

We have no dislikes about the program at the moment

Our ERP system was not able to track FIFO which under federal regulation our medical products are required to be.

Easy to learn and use.

We have enjoy the ease of use, from setup to daily use.

SOS is providing us an easy to use inventory system and at the same time creates order management and work flow. We are a smaller business and this is very affordable.

Adequate Interim Solution

What do you like best about SOS Inventory?

Easy to implement. For a new BioPharma Startup, it took 1-2 employees only a matter of weeks to get the system up and running.

What do you dislike about SOS Inventory?

Recommendations to others considering SOS Inventory?

SOS is a better option than SAP/Oracle when there is an immediate need for digital inventory management when it can't wait several months.

What problems is SOS Inventory solving and how is that benefiting you?

The breadth of integration(s) did not seem simple or smooth enough to justify putting the time in vs. looking at a larger SAP or Oracle tier system if the goal is a heavy focus on digital and cloud-based technology at your organization.

Good app to add inventory functionality to Quickbooks Online

What do you like best about SOS Inventory?

1. We are able to receive items from purchase orders, which isn't available in QBO.

What do you dislike about SOS Inventory?

2. We can create unique bills of material for each job & they sync to QBO projects.

There's just a little messiness with deleted items, due to requirements for the implementation.

What do you like best about SOS Inventory?

Storing customer's information, complete inventory options. You can take payments, and also, you have a report option.

What do you dislike about SOS Inventory?

Is not that much of a dislike but, the search engine takes a little while to load (we have more than 25 pages to go through and sometimes it get stuck).

With online payments, it's safe and friendly.

All in one system that syncs to Quickbooks

What do you like best about SOS Inventory?

What I love the most about SOS Inventory is that is automatically syncs with your quickbooks accounting system making it easy to track cost of goods sold.

What do you dislike about SOS Inventory?

They don't have a cheaper option for small businesses. There are some features I don't really need so we're not manufacturing business. I would like more options possibly for different businesses like retail.

What problems is SOS Inventory solving and how is that benefiting you?

The only benefit for my small business that I realized was the quickbooks sync option other than that its a bit expensive.

Works for us pretty well for PO generation, less well for invoicing, dn not that great with inventory tracking - mostly because of inconsitantcies with Quick Books online SOSI - Marginal

POs and Builds, Pretty easy to use/understand. Documenttionis a little overwhelming ansd sometimes cryptic, but helpful. Cusotemr support is helpful but limited

Inconsistent sync with QBO, doesn't seem to be programmed correctly on the back end. We hav ehad a lot of problems with consistent value of inventory as well as total quantity of product
