What do you like best about Sorry™?

The ability to categorize all of our clients so we can select which ones we need to communicate a current or upcoming outage to, it speeds up our workflow and also reminds us when a status may need to be updated.

Nothing! Everything is customizable and easy to use, it solves all the communication goals we were searching for and our customers love it!
